2nd-floor condo at Bethany Bay with pool, on-site golf, and sports courts

Location was great. Easy to beach and boardwalk 1/2 hour to Rehobeth boardwalk and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely and residents super friendly The place could definitely use a spruce up and rugs replaced with floors to make for a cleaner neater apartment

Perfection !Our family could not have asked for a better stay at Rehoboth Beach. With a remarkable location, gated environment, and exceptionally clean atmosphere, this has been one of our best stays. The small details were appreciated. We hope to return.

This is an older community but well maintained. My family enjoyed the pool and the rental until was as advertised. The only issues we had were related to keypad access for which we had to call Vacasa for on two different occasions during our stay after being locked out.

This property was not properly cleaned in some time..Carpets were stained, dirty laundry in closets, layers of dust on shelves, greasy fingerprints everywhere. Even after cleaning it ourselves it was impossible to stay here, we requested a cancellation and refundHow they can charge top pricing on an uncleaned unit is beyond me. We had to drive to the next town to get a last minute option, very disappointed, we didnt check into the next place until closer to 8 pm, eating into our wkend.

Overall we really liked this property. The location was excellent - it was close to the beach and to other cute local places like Amato’s pizza. Kitchen and living room were very spacious and well furnished. The little back porch was also nice! Check in and out process were also super easy. There were two things that we had an issue with but they didn’t necessarily ruin our experience here. The first was the fact that this company wouldn’t allow us a refund once we booked the trip which always makes you nervous. The second was the fact that the place wasn’t as clean as we would have wanted it to be. The surfaces in general were clean but there were some unpleasant stains in the carpet of the living room and our sheets had other peoples hair in them. That was pretty gross. Also the bath towels were either new and unwashed or bad quality because when you used them they left little white lint all over your body and face. That being said we had a pretty pleasant stay it was just the towels and sheets that kind of made things not as pleasant as they could have been.

The house spotless and very quiet. We are a family of 4 a d fit perfectly. We had a great time.

This was a great place to rent. It was super clean. Not located in the busy tourist area, but also short distance to Bethany Beach. Nice and quiet with wildlife. We will definitely be rent again. Definitely 10/10

The place was terrific - so comfortable and spacious. The back screened in porch was a hit. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo looks exactly like in the pictures. It's spacious and has everything you need. It also has a nice balcony with a net, so you actually can enjoy it without worrying about mosquitos. The condo offered fully equipped kitchen, linens and lots of bath towels. And it has a really good AC, which is invaluable in the summer. The community has a large pool, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts that we were able to enjoy. And it's a short drive to numerous restaurants and Bethany Beach. We had a great stay overall. Two comments re improvement: 1) the ladder to climb the upper level in the bunk bed was partially broken, which made our kids very reluctant to use it. 2) we found the dishwasher full of dishes upon arrival and we are not sure they were clean...

I rented this condo for a weekend in May. The home was clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. I came for the Golden jubilee, golden retriever event, in Dewey Beach. I was able to bring my dog which was a nice amenity. There was a walking path around the golf course where I could walk my dog. Dewey/Rehoboth Beach was only about 20-25 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We saw deer in the nearby woods and geese swimming in the pond. I will definitely look into renting this condo again in the future.

Very quiet, nicely furnished, clean. Lovely screen porch to enjoy nature overlooking the marsh. Trouble with the coded lock, but customer service responsive and provided access to the lock box with a regular key. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo with very nice decor. Well appointed kitchen with LG appliances. Comfortable bed. 3rd floor tenant played music throughout our stay--not obnoxious, but definitely audible.
