My family loved the space and the outdoor balcony. The view is over a somewhat busy road. Beach access was easy. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family. Was centrally located for all the activities on OBX. Would recommend.

The unit was spacious, very clean! with a fun retro motif. We did some cooking and it was well equipped. Greatly enjoyed the deck. The beach is easily accessible, but the unit is not oceanfront. It has a peekaboo view..

The balcony wS great. Multiple seating.plus a hammick to lounge in. Parking was ample to include handicapped parking

Great view and access to the deck, pet-friendly A perfect place to eat in if you want, with plenty of room. The laundry room features a washer and dryer, allowing you to pack less. The unit is well-maintained. We would definitely stay again!

Balcony view was not scenic of ocean or dunes... just parking lots and streets. Parking was good, safe, and plentiful. Property needed some maintenance: one toilet did not work; steam shower did not turn on; screen door in MBR was broken; entry level door way had an elevated riser to get in door (difficult for mobility challenged guests); and bath tub in twin bedroom was extremely slick & slippery. Property needs a luggage cart.

Rex and Tori were super helpful with answering my questions about the area and their property. The property is accessible for folks who use a walker and have a hard time getting around.The property is conveniently located in the middle of lots of options for food and entertainment and shopping.This property is 10/10!

The condo is beautiful and always very clean when we arrive. The owners are very responsive!! This is our second time in 4 years staying here…and we’d come back. I/we would recommend adding more dishes (bowls, plates…)…updating some of the smaller kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee pot). The bathrooms need a little TLC.

We have stayed at many VRBO locations, and never had a bad experience. However, not all of them felt as inviting. This condo is great! We were very comfortable and loved the deck! (Side note: bring bath soap and salt and pepper.)

Everything was great!

This condo building is well-kept, and the elevator made for easy access to the 4th floor. We enjoyed the deck (it's huge); there's some traffic noise, but it dies down in the evening. Inside, the space is open with tons of windows, so lots of light. Well set up for 5 adults to play board games etc together, or to read separately. A short walk from the beach, handy to the Wright Memorial and near lots of restaurants. Would stay here again!

Check in was very easy. The location is perfect. The unit is incredibly spacious and very comfortable. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms which was really nice. The balcony is huge and amazing. We had everything that we needed and had a great time!

Condo is exactly as pictured, spacious, clean, and great location. My family had a wonderful time and hope to return soon.

The property was very comfortable, clean, fully equipped, & everything worked. The elevator is convenient from your parking spot to your front door. The neighborhood is centrally located, and the beach is right across the street (property is not 'beachfront'). No qualms recommending it.

This is a dreamy place to vacation if you love to cook—every cooking tool, chef knife, appliance, even under-counter plug ins—all well-stocked and at your fingertips. Even a working hand-mixer for whipping cream and a garliic zester? Wow. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent property

Overall the interior was nice. However we arrived to find little to no hot water. Three of the 4 TVs did not work. This was reported to the owner who tried to fix the issues. The hot water was fixed but with three or four visits by the owner and cable company the issues were still not solved. So our vacation was interrupted a multitude of times and not all issues were resolved. I would appreciate a partial rebate of our rental fees.

Ideal location near public beach access and great restaurants.

Family of four, great spacious location with both ample private/sleeping areas and very comfortable gathering areas. Covered parking, and central location close to attractions.

Perfect place to stay with a little one. Loved the open concept in the living area and each room with it’s own bath.

Loved the property. Plenty of room to maneuver my walker and wheelchair. While a lot of the attractions are closed for the season, there was still plenty of things to do. Lots of time on the beach as well.

What a great vacation. This property is everything we wanted. It was roomy, well decorated and equipped, and most importantly so very close to the beach. We loved our stay and hope to visit again.

Condo was absolutely beautiful and roomy each room had a bathroom which is great view and deck were great -had a issue with refrigerator ice maker owner responded right away and had it fixed in 15 minutes-only negative for us the beds are very firm overalll we would definitely recommend the condo 🌻🌻🌻

We had a really relaxing couple days with a day of sun and a day of rain. It was perfect! Close proximity to good local pizza, seafood and ice cream!

Everything was first class. It's hard I know for the photos to capture how luxurious and spacious the unit is. You really need to emphasize the waterview from the front deck. We found the elevated view to be very nice.

Nice Place. Really good Location. Master Bed NEEDS replacing. Is almost unsleepable. Mattress is has indents making it hard to get in and out of. House could use some touch ups in many areas. Not complaining but based on Nicest Penthouse in OBX listing - I had higher expectations. Cabinets in Kitchen were warped and facia peeling off, paint chipping off walls in areas of various rooms, and cable TV did not work for half the trip. The owners did try to fix the cable issue. They came in the unit for 1-2 hours on 2 different days to try to resolve. Not a relaxing part of the vacation. Not exactly as expected. Still, all in all a nice place. Very clean and quite place to rent.

Overall very nice, we had everything we needed. Owners were responsive to our needs. We had a great trip.

We very much enjoyed our get-away to Victoria’s Place. Our immediate reaction to arriving was how clean and spacious our accommodations were. We loved the deck, proximity to the beach, ease in getting to and from the beach and local stops. The elevator was a pleasant surprise as well. Will absolutely book here again. Thank you for an easy and enjoyable stay.

The nicest condo we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Spotless and beautifully decorated. Very convenient location. Had a wonderful time in spite of the rainy weather.
