2/2 Condo - Close to downtown Douglas, Saugatuck and Oval Beach

Wonderful condo. Photos are accurate. Great layout and excellent location.

The condo was so wonderful and the common areas was so well kept. The view from the back balcony was so peaceful and beautiful, we saw so many deer! The condo is close to everything you would want to do! This will not be our last time here!

The property is very nice, clean and in a great location for those wanting to go to the Dunes and walking around Douglas. Property manager was receptive to the one concern we had (dirty grill) and took care of it right away. Check in and check out very easy and community pool area is nice. The one problem, which was hard to ignore, is that it is on the main level and the walls are as thin as paper. We had the guests (and their dog) in the upstairs unit pretty much walking on our heads at all hours of the night, making sleep impossible. Sadly this is a deal breaker for booking this unit again. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Nice weekend get away.

A great place to get away! A short drive if anything is needed and secluded for plenty of wildlife…literally outside our condo! Our condo changed number changed the day before our arrival. I was not happy because we were not getting the condo we chose. The new condo did NOT disappoint! Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay and our 6 year old enjoyed the pool.

This was a great condo which met our needs perfectly. We traveled with our family of 4, including two teenagers and small dog. The condo had plenty of space and the property with the pool is fantastic. The owner was responsive during the booking process and we had no issues during the stay. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was perfect for our kids and we especially enjoyed the pool. Great location, close to everything! Would stay again!

Overall, a great visit but a few disappointments. Kitchen was well equipped, decor very nice. Not enough blankets. Light bulbs burned out and gas fireplace didn't work. Living room lamp broken. Would like to have had soap in shower. Condition of upper deck was terrible- green mold all over the outdoor carpet, pillows strewn all over the deck and all the wood with a slimy layer making walking across it precarious and VERY slippery. We had multiple near falls, and we are fit people. The owner was attentive and quick to respond to requests.
