Welcome to your 2 bedroom Isle of Palms vacation rental, a bright and easygoing upstairs condo just a short walk to the beach. This is a great fit for families or small groups looking for a relaxed stay with a little extra character and some really nice sunset views at the end of the day.

Being on the upper level brings in great natural light, and you will catch those classic Lowcountry sunsets right from your own space. Inside, the coastal style is simple, fun, and comfortable, the kind of place where you can kick off your shoes and settle in right away.

The living area looks out over the pool, which makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying the comfort of the AC inside. It is a small thing, but one families really appreciate.

This unit has a unique split level layout, with a few steps leading up to the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. It is part of the history of the building and gives the space a little extra character you do not find in newer places. Just something to keep in mind as you get familiar with the layout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy meals, including a full size refrigerator, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. It is set up for real use, whether you are making breakfast before the beach or keeping snacks and drinks going throughout the day.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds and a comfortable, simple setup for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a tub and shower combo, which is great for families or rinsing off after a long day in the sun.

Outside, you are just steps from the pool, grill area, and laundry, and only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local spots. Once you arrive, it is easy to keep things simple and not worry about driving much.

This Isle of Palms beach rental is all about comfort, convenience, and giving you a place to come back to after a full day of sun, sand, and everything else the island has to offer.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have minimum nights required to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.

    Great little condo! We loved the location to the beach and downtown area. Condo had everything we needed. It was a little tight but very manageable. We would definitely stay again!

    The place was so nice and convenient to everything thereon Isle of Palms. Had a front row seat for the July4 fireworks by sitting in our beach chairs in lawn out front ofthe place.

    We had a great stay. The residence was in an ideal location, and parking was ample. The only complaint we had was that there was no pizza cutter in the kitchen. Lol. I’d say that we would definitely stay here again!

    This unit was very clean and comfortable, and the manager has thought of everything to make the stay seamless! She included many special touches to make us feel very welcome! The short walk to the beach was a big plus too. Very nice rental!

    I was traveling with my 3 children for a Charleston vacation. My kids are ages 15, 14 and 5. I have learned that we fare better with access to a kitchen and have separate spaces. This was the perfect amount of space for us. I wish I could say we took advantage of all the amenities the property offered, but by a weird fluke, the weather was not cooperative. However, it was a perfect stay because anything we wanted to do was within a 30 minute or less drive! My best friend was about 30 minutes north…. Charleston 20 minutes, a few of the plantation/gardens were right at 30 minutes. The beach was a very quick and easy walk with many restaurants and snack places all around. This unit doesn’t have much of a view, but we were busy being out and about! The unit was clean and I loved the added luggage racks in both closets. I also liked the fact that there was a laundry basket in the unit.

    We had a lovely stay the week of the 4th of July at this condo. It was cute and homey and convenient to everything. We would definitely stay again! I would also like to add the grounds are immaculate and the condo was very clean and quiet!
