You will love the open floor plan and spacious living room and bedrooms with ocean life décor carried throughout this two-story home. Cable and Wi-Fi are available in the condo. Gather everyone in the livingroom to watch a movie on the TV while lounging on the couch or four accent chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals such as spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Take your coffee out to the private patio to sip in the ocean breeze. The downstairs bedroom (BR1) consists of two Queen beds, nightstands, a chest, and a TV.     Inside was nice and clean. The kitchen was missing some basic cooking utensils but we made due. But the front patio was useless, filthy and overrun with bugs and spider webs.

    Very disappointed on the first glimpse of our rental. Screen door had a huge rip and the door had to be forced to close. Next, going upstairs medium size hole in the wall. Downstairs bedroom had something red spilt on carpet in several places. Bedroom closet was filled with extra decor, bedding and linens. There were hangers but very little space. Upstairs bedroom had no place to hang clothing. Note on washer said will only fill up halfway and we had to wash our own towels. 5 of us and we had 10 towels and washer that didn't work correctly. Outside patio could have used a good cleaning including the old, stained, in need of repair, patio furniture. For over 300.00 a nite you would expect better. Apartment looked to be furnished with odds and ends that either needed repairs or a cleaning. Very disappointed!! Happy the weather was great and we stayed outside, inside was just depressing.

    This property is nowhere close to what's portrayed in the online pictures. The first thing noticed was a lot of old toys and furniture stored on site, along with a very large rip in the main screen door. Open the door and you get hit with an overwhelming musty smell. Everything from the carpet to the furniture had stains everywhere. There was leftover shoes and soda cans in several areas. Large black marks from dirty hands on the backside of the door. Just a very unclean and unkempt place. Thank goodness the property management team came to the rescue and was willing to move us to another unit. Thanks Josh and Mary!!

    We had a great trip with family and friends. The condo could use a few repairs and the air conditioner was out, but the portable units that were provided kept us comfortable and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a very good stay and will definitely stay again.

    Enjoyed our stay and it was easy access to the beach. Pool was nice as well since we had a nearly 2 year old with us as well. Everyone had a great time.

    Overall a good experience. The beach was about a 5 minute walk down the boardwalk. The property was quiet, peaceful and well kept. The pool was just a few steps out the front door and it was very clean. The unit itself was clean, the beds were comfy. Definitely could afford some upgrades to the patio furniture/area and touch ups to walls here and there, but nothing that is a deal breaker. The only negative was it lacked a few kitchen supplies. There was no oven mit or counter top cleaner. It also lacked basic cooking supplies like oil and salt and pepper. Definitely felt like we got our money's worth and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The proximity to the beach and quiet property definitely made up for any shortcomings.

    Great location, short walk to beach. Pool is close as well and in good shape. Unit was clean and in good order. Screen door probably needs replaced.

    My family and I had a great stay at the El Cortez Property. Check in was seamless, Life in Paradise stayed on constant communication with detailed information. Could not have been a more perfect location. Beach and pool access was a stones throw away. Already planning our next stay!!
