Excellent place, great hosts and wonderful spot in a very convenient place in Buena Vista. Our whole family enjoyed it very much.

Property was well maintained. Location was great - close to both downtown and the river.

Perfectly located blocks from the heart of Buena Vista. Truly was our home away from home. The condo had everything our family needed.

This was perfect for our weekend stay. The house was clean and neat, the manager responsive and the location great! The house was well appointed with everything we needed.

Everything about this rental was perfect, the check in process was well communicated, the place was better than we expected. There was not enough info in the listing about how beautiful the town was and the surrounding area we absolutely loved it. The location was perfect it was back away from all the busy street stuff yet still had amazing views. My family had a wonderful time and if we ever venture to area again we will certainly check the availability of this rental!

The condo is in a great location and walking distance to downtown and the river. The condo is nice and well appointed. The master bed is very comfortable, we slept really good and I have bad osteo arthritis so bed comfort is very important to me. Plenty of blankets to curl up on the couch watch a movie with the fireplace going. Smart TV had all the apps for watching all our favorite shows. Bathroom shower was amazing with really strong pressure and a second hand held shower head. Linens and towels were nice with no corners cut on quality! Recliner in the living room is super comfy! And the views are amazing! Great place to stay, we will stay again.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find this lovely property available the week before our last minute trip. Ann was helpful and kind (like everyone in Buena Vista!) Condo had everything we needed. If you are looking for a fabulous view and super quiet environment, this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for a centrally located place with a very clean, very pretty interior and all amenities for a family of four, though? Perfect!

This was our second time staying at Ann's place and we enjoyed it as much as (or maybe even more than) the first time! It's clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend getaway. We love that it's a short walk to two of the main shopping/dining areas and the beautiful trail system that runs along the river. There's also a great view of the mountains from the main living area and the front porch area. We look forward to more Buena Vista getaways in the future and will always look for Ann's place first!

Ann's condo is a great space. The condo is exactly as described and is equipped with all the cookware you might need, utensils, spices, etc. We enjoyed Ann's dog-friendly condo so much and hope to stay again in the the future.The location is great, being within a very short walk to the town center of Buena Vista. This condo was clean, had a great view, and was walkable to downtown Buena Vista.

The property was recently renovated and had all the amenities needed and then some. Great location, near downtown, Arkansas river, skate park, frisbee golf, and other parks. It is a condo on the 1st floor, the owner is not responsible for the individuals on the 2nd floor.

We had a great stay at this comfortable and clean condo close to both sides of town and easy walk to the river. Would definitely come back again and I highly recommend this space.

Very clean and modern, all info was accurate. We wished the shower had hotter water, but that's a very minor complaint.

We snowmobile close by so the parking available at this Vrbo is perfect. This was our second stay here and we very much enjoyed it.

This place is great. The view of Mount Princeton and the surrounding mountains from the living room was amazing. When they say dog friendly they mean it. 10/10 will stay there again.

This was the perfect place for our family. We had 4 adults, one toddler and a dog, and there was plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen had every utensil or appliance you could need. Second bedroom actually had full-size bunkbeds not just twin. Perfect location close to town and the river. Will absolutely stay here again!!

We loved our time in Bueno Vista for a number of reason, and our Condo played a major role. Ann the owner was extremely welcoming and helpful. The condo is updated and clean.

The condo was easy to find and had great parking. It was in a great location, about halfway between town and the area near the Surf Hotel, allowing us to walk in both directions for just a few minutes to get to coffee, dinner, and the river trail. We were less than twenty minutes from Cottonwood Hot Springs, too. A great spot for a great trip!

This property was absolutely amazing! We’ve stayed in many VRBO homes, and this one set the standard of excellence. We have never stayed in one that has been so fully stocked with kitchen items and accessories, bath towels that were not well used, and additional spare bedding. This condo was so clean and organized, it was wonderful. The check in/check out process was a breeze. My hat is off to the owner and/or property manager for the great care you obviously have put forth to make your guests comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Buena Vista. Thank you!

The condo is setup for a comfortable BV trip and it’s clear that Ann put great care into it. It has everything you need to a trip away from busy life. Including spices! A nice touch. However, you can hear the upstairs neighbors every step by nature of this unit being on the first floor. I heard them walking and talking, including distinguishing voices from each other, and balls rolling around for their dogs. The upstairs was walking around so loudly at midnight one night that my dog started barking. They weren’t partying, they were just existing, so I do get that . The box fans helped to block out the noise. However, blocking out noise is not something I expected to do in BV. I think for the future, it would be good to let guests know that this unit is on the first floor, and that creates an expectations of hearing the upstairs neighbor. It’s no offense to the care put into the unit, but something to be aware of. If the sounds don’t bother you, or you aren’t there much, then go for it! An otherwise great place with a Mountain View and all the amenities of home. The game board selection was a nice touch too. Spotlessly clean.

Wonderful location very close to town and near all the wonderful hiking trails along the Arkansas River. Area is very quiet, but still with plenty of entertainment near by. We could walk to downtown and the trails/parks. Short drive to many great skiing destinations too. Check in process was great and it was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and clean.

This was a great place for my wife and I to stay. It’s in walking distance of Main Street. House was cozy and nice. The only complaint we had is the people up stairs were a bit loud but other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

This property is situated perfectly between the new downtown and Main St. Walking distance to skate park, bike park, the Midland, and restaurants. Exceeded our expectations!

Property was clean and not cluttered. We did have quite a few spiders in the house. Beds were not comfortable . Geared more for younger croud.

Very clean, comfy beds. It was comfortable fit for 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 3 dogs. The dog run on the property was great to allow the dogs out to relieve themselves. Easy walking to Main Street with great dining or to the River for a scenic walk.

We absolutely loved our stay here! First of all, it was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. I think they thought of everything someone might need during a stay! The location is perfect - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main St. and to the river front. Neighborhood was quiet. We would most definitely stay here again.

This property is located in a great place, close to South Main and original Main Street, that is walking distance. Also close to access the Whipple Trail hiking system. The property is very clean with a well equipped kitchen. And pet friendly!

Our place was close to downtown, close to hiking, and the river. The downfall was the airflow…it was difficult to get the air moving at night, even with the fans. Overall- a great place.
