Stayed Mar 1, 2025This is a great property that is conveniently located just outside Folly Beach with easy access to downtown Charleston and James Island. Very quiet, safe and clean with a grocery store nearby and plentiful, convenient parking. David was accessible and helpful. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025Our first 2 month getaway from cold winter weather! Everything we needed was at the condo. Location was great. We encountered no issues and our friends and family who joined us for long weekend stays, loved it.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023You couldn’t ask for a more central location to Folly Beach and Historic Charleston! The condo is up to date and large with King beds in both bedrooms. Living room furniture is very comfortable. We would definitely return!
