2 bedrooms Resort style condo with POOL and Jacuzzi, Roof Top. River Boardwalk

Loved our stay. The condo was warm and comfortable. The management team was incredible to work with. The people there were very friendly. We were sad when we had to leave. You won't be disappointed!

Water damage forced us from our home for 3 months. Luckily we came across this condo. Have zero regrets. The space was warm and comfortable. The owner responded quickly to any small issue we had during our stay. The people we ran in to were friendly and welcoming. Our puppies loved exploring the neighborhood and the built in dog park. We are very sad we have leave! Highly recommend!!! You won't be disappointed!

The location was perfect. Our visit started with internet issues, but the owner was quick to reach out to the provider and had us up and running in no time. There are a lot of nice restaurants and museums within walking distance. Downside was a limited option of kitchen utensils and dishes for cooking your own meals. Bring a can opener.

I’m aware that things happen but we were never notified: there had been a leak and as a result cleaning was not completed when we arrived, wet towels hanging everywhere and dryer wasn’t working waiting for part. The large comforters on the beds were not cleaned and one had visible spots. After some back and forth the owner agreed to have old shag carpet cleaned. Management of the building was very helpful.

If you are searching for a wonderful Condo within 1/2 mile of the heart of Grand Rapids look no further. Maria’s condo overlooks a courtyard with a beautiful pool, hot tub & the deck of a restaurant within the building. The condo is tastefully decorated & made us feel at home during our 4 week stay. It was also very convenient to have a parking spot located on the same floor as the condo. If you don’t want to make the 1/2 mile trip into the heart of GR, you will find a wonderful brewery, tasty restaurants, a gym & park within a 2 block radius of the condo. Maria was also very responsive upon check in, we had a couple of very minor issues & Maria immediately took care of them, surpassing our expectations. We look forward to our return visit & staying at Maria’s condo once again.

Nice condo, carpet needs updated .

Walked a lot including to the fish ladder, center of town and all along the river. Much fun. Had to watch out for dive bombing red wing blackbirds sometimes. Would recommend.

The condo was beautiful and near a lovely park for walking. Access to nearby hiking and beaches was great. Small drawbacks were that the washer was broken before we arrived and the towels weren't dry so we were a little concerned about some cleanliness. But, the owner provided a pre-paid laundry card for us to handle this and she was very accommodating. There were limited cooking utensils, so bring some with you. Overall, a beautiful property with fantastic amenities, even for a covid- stay!
