Charleston is best seen by foot! Pedi-cabs and ubers are easily accessible if needed, though.

Pre-arranged paid, reserved on-site parking is available for $25/day. $10 Daily street parking passes may also be available. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.

    Clean, comfortable, necessities available, not far from downtown. Harder for older folks to walk stairs with luggage, but overall great place to stay.

    Fun girls trip, nice and new, very clean, good location and easy walk over to King Street. My son lives in the area and I will definitely rent here again.

    New,clean and stylish space. Only issue was parking. Our space, that we paid for was occupied three separate times we needed it. Property manager was close by and helped us find another spot but the spaces were obviously insufficient. Only negative we experienced.

    The condo is well designed and well kept. The location is ideal except for Saturday nights. The street noise (partying, drunken loud groups lingering and shouting, car alarms going off) went into the wee hours of morning. Sunday night was quiet as was Monday. Plus, one of the beds is so soft and sagging that two can’t sleep in it. Kitchen is great, Large windows are wonderful. We had an excellent trip, just not much sleep. Please note: this unit faced Spring Street. Other units would be fine and in this one the back bedroom didn’t get much noise. It was quiet with a saggy bed. : ) We would stay here again just not in this unit on a Friday or Saturday night.

    Beautiful, well appointed and great location. We loved the comfortable beds, the convenience of staying in a great location and the responsiveness of the manager. This had everything we needed. Light, bright and comfortable.
