Welcome to your 2 bedroom Isle of Palms vacation rental, a bright and easygoing condo just a short walk to the beach. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 6 and is a favorite for its layout, private balcony, and the kind of kitchen you will actually enjoy using on vacation.

Natural light fills the open living space, giving it a relaxed, beachy feel from the moment you walk in. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so everyone gets a little breathing room, and one even has a separate exterior entrance, perfect for early risers or anyone who likes their own space.

The kitchen is just the right size with a layout that makes cooking feel easy instead of cramped, whether you are making a full meal or just putting together snacks and drinks between beach trips.

Step out onto your private balcony to catch the island breeze, sip your morning coffee, or wind down in the evening. You are just a block from the beach access, and the pool is only a few steps away when you feel like staying close to home.

You can walk to restaurants, shops, and local spots, so once you arrive, you may not need your car much at all.

Set in a quaint, well loved complex with year round residents, this Isle of Palms beach rental is one of those places that feels easy the whole time you are here. Nothing overdone, just a really good setup for a beach trip.

Dog friendly with prior approval. Some larger breeds are not permitted and pet fees apply.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have minimum nights required to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

    It was exactly as listed...very clean..great location..had everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The location is close to all the sights and places to visit but none of the hustle and bustle .

    kitchen had roaches. The care taker sprayed weed killer on the grass so we could not walk our dogs.

    We had a very nice stay at IOP the week of July 3-10. Check-in was a breeze and we found the condo clean and spacious. We had a 3 yr old with us so we rented a crib from BabyAway. Unfortunately he learned how to climb out of the crib the very first night lol. We love this condo and will most likely return, but we do have one request. If possible, we’d like to have and extra lock on the front door (up high ideally), as our little escape artist found it very easy to open the front door with the lever handle. Thanks for a great week!

    Beach Breeze #106 on the Isle of Palms was a perfect getaway for our girl getaway. The location was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Beach Breeze #106 was clean, decorated in a coastal vibe and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.
