Stayed Jan 24, 2024The condo community is densely populated, lots of cars, but quiet. Heard no 'people' noise, but with the patio door open, when the hospital helicopters were flying, kinda noisy. The condo itself had most everything that you need, and my only concern is that for longer stays (I was there 5 weeks), they really do need a vacuum. HUGE living room TV, and newer appliances. FYI, the bed mattress is VERY soft. Good access to some biking trails, and short drives to good hiking trails.
