1 Bedroom Beachfront Residence W/ Panoramic Views

The onsite staff (Omar & Louis) were great, immediately took care of our every need. From cleaning & maintenance to advice, they were awesome! As for the condo, it was fine, although a couple of comfortable lounge chairs would be nice, as well as a BBQ!!! Really need one as cooking in the unit is a task. Not enough cookware (bowls etc.) and no real way to cook a steak. Overall our experience was a positive one! The most important question one could ask when doing a review on this unit, would be to ask if I would rent the premises again? The answer is a definite yes!!! Thank you My Huatulco Vacation!!! We had a wonderful time & hope to see you next year!!!

However, the place was not clean and was filled with bugs/large ants.

One concern was that the street lights to the main gate were not working therefore at night it was absolutely pitch black on return from the restaurants requiring a flashlight to find your way home. Also access to the beach should be upgraded as seniors would have a very difficult time taking the wooden stairs. A tin opener in the condo would be nice

Everything we needed was there. Enough pots and pans and dishes etc. nice to have two washrooms. Luiz the pool guy was very attentive and helped with several things over our stay. 42 pesos ride into town so pretty cheap. 3 restaurants within walking distance. We were. Able to use the beach chairs and pool from Camino real so that was great. The only downsides were internet would go down for several days at a time but that is a first world problem. The other thing to keep in mind is that it is not suitable for anyone with bad joints or any mobility issues. a couple of improvements that would make it even better would be a hammock or a couple of comfy outdoor chairs. A grill would be awesome as the condo only has a cooktop .These are very minor suggestions. We enjoyed our stay.
