Stayed Sep 9, 2024Villa is what was advertised. Deserves its excellent rating. Clean and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Close to golf courses and town of Biwabik. Owner was accommodating and responded to questions/requests promptly.

Stayed Sep 21, 2023Great property with everything we needed and then some. The extra touches of coffee and tea samples and games was wonderful. I also appreciated the short and realistic check out instructions (take garbage out, lock up everything, set thermostat back, start dishwasher). Simple. We had 8 adults and there was enough space but if you had any more it would be really tight. My only complaints would be the late check in time (5pm). Thankfully our property was ready and we were able to get in at 4pm but 5pm is later than any other rental. I also had to text/call a number in order to receive the check in information and code at least 2 hours prior to arrival; not a huge deal but a little odd.

Stayed Feb 17, 2023I can't say enough good things about this property. It was super convenient to Giant's Ridge for our ski vacation. Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cookware...you name it. Plenty of sleeping options. Don't bring any games because there are plenty waiting for you downstairs. We will definitely be choosing this property for our next vacation up North!
