The Highland Camping Pod

High performance of the pod - so warm and snug compared to outside zero degrees. Hard to think of one - maybe a bit of development of the field walkway to Hertford heath as pretty mucky in winter.

Our first time glamping, could not have asked for a better experience. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The pod was clean and tidy and our dog was accommodated for. The setting glorious and the hot tub lovely on a cold winter’s evening. Would highly recommend. Better access to WiFi, but 5G was fine.

Positives All in all a good place to retreat and relax Animals are good for the small little ones And for grownups it’s nice to get away from Hustle and bustle of city life It is soo quite there and you can see the stars and night sky

Hertford locality is so nice and having a 5 star place to stay in it was amazing. How tub overlooking lake and farm. Lovely pubs walking distance with great food. Couldn’t be better.

We had a little delay on our check in time but the team were super accommodating and friendly. They provided an afternoon tea pack for us and fruit on arrival. When we had questions they responded immediately and were very helpful. Lastly they were generous with the check out time which meant we didn’t have to rush off. Thank you!

We had a nice stay at the Glamping Pod, we only noticed the bedding had some stains on them, but overall we had a great and peaceful time!

Place was amazing. Catherine was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.

Beautiful place but quite isolated, the pod clean but basic and tired in places. Hot tub lovely but takes quite a lot of ‘tending’ with very limited equipment!

We had a lovely time , lovely location very quiet only downside was that on the first night the hot tub was cold so we couldn’t use it, and the next day took a very long time to get it warmed up so missed out on the hot tub quite a lot. The hot tub was initially set up for our arrival but had gone out and wouldn’t re start so when we were ready to use we couldn’t so I was quite disappointed that’s the only reason for the 4*. I would recommend you are constantly checking the fire and logs if you stay.

Great pod, very spacious, nothing was too much trouble, ordered food to be there on arrival from the farm shop. Great value for money. Everything was great!
