Paradise Inn (Dog-Friendly)

So much space!

The house was perfect for our group of 12 a toy poodle. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out when they wanted, but the common areas were large enough to accomodate visiting, card games, and having meals together. The house was comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, and the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and finding some scenic views. Overall, we couldnt have asked for more!

Everything we could’ve asked for in a rental house. Our 8th annual lake trip to Smithville and we’ve found our forever rental house. Great house and everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

We had a Group of Firefighters who were in the area for Swiftwater Training. It was a Great place for them to relax after training.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and offered more than enough space for our group. Everything was in excellent condition, and we had no issues at all.

This is a nice home with a wonderful view over the lake from the back deck. The only thing that prevented me from giving this home a 5 star rating were a number of upkeep type items that needed to be addressed. I communicated most of them to the property manager and they were responsive. Hopefully they will have them addressed before the next guests arrive.

The house is beautiful & the lay out is perfect for a family stay. Didn’t have upstairs heat though the first night so we had to call maintenance & they came out right away but couldn’t fix it so we had to go one night without heat which would of been okay but some of the fire places didn’t work in the rooms. The living room one needed a new pilot thingy which the maintence guy couldn’t fix either & another one needed wired bc one of the wires wasn’t even wired. Half of the remotes didn’t have batteries at all. The road to get to the house is very steep and narrow so luckily we didn’t bring a gooseneck trailer like we originally planned bc it never would have made it. The check in out were easy except they want you to do half thier job before you leave so not sure what the point of a cleaners fee is when we had to do half of it before checking out.

We had a wonder time staying here!

Beautiful view, plenty of space for a large group, great customer service. We needed help operating tvs & the garbage disposal but a quick phone call helped right away. (Btw- in the downstairs area w the pool table, the cable receiver is on the wall behind the tv. And the switch for the garbage disposal is inside the pull up cabinet (little signs to explain these things would be helpful). But this is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay!
