With ample space for up to six guests, this chalet is equipped with adventure gear and a tuning bench to keep your winter equipment in peak condition, and a foosball table for play. In the summer, enjoy the cool comfort provided by window AC units in the living room and both bedrooms, along with ceiling fans to keep you refreshed.

As you explore this home, you’ll notice unique touches, such as custom-made light switch covers featuring historical photos from Government Camp and Rhododendron, honoring the early settlers of the Mt. Hood Territory.

Ground Floor: The chalet boasts a private, heated two-car garage with convenient access to a washer and dryer and a work table for maintaining your gear.

Second Floor: Ascend the beautiful wood staircase to the second floor, where you’ll find a powder room, dining area, kitchen, and living room. The living room features a large couch perfect for family gatherings, a gas fireplace for cozy evenings, and a balcony with a BBQ—ideal for summer cookouts. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a gas stove, standard drip coffee maker, countertop air fryer, four-slot toaster, blender, Instapot, crockpot, waffle maker, and electric griddle, making it easy to prepare meals for up to six people.

Third Floor: The third floor hosts two bedrooms, a guest bathroom, and an attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom features two full-size beds, a closet, and is conveniently located near the guest bathroom, which includes a bathtub. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed on a charming log pine frame, a vanity with a sink, and a mirrored closet. The attached master bathroom also features a bathtub. Both bedrooms are equipped with portable AC units for summer comfort.

Additional Information: All units are stocked with plenty of towels to accommodate maximum occupancy, and extra blankets are provided for added comfort.
