Stayed Feb 3, 2023Definitely steep entrance. Bad weather will definitely snow chains. Plenty of bed space. Everything worked. Easy to get to AppSki Resort

Stayed Oct 13, 2022This is an old house that has never been updated. The furniture is old, the bathrooms are small and the water pressure, particularly in the upstairs bath is very low. The house has a musty smell. The first block of Sarah Ln leading to the house is in very poor condition. It is an unpaved street with numerous sizable potholes as you turn onto the street and go up the hill. Cars can bottom out and it would be treacherous in snow or icy conditions. The house is not worth the money particularly when the cleaning fee, taxes, and fees are included.

Stayed Jan 22, 2021My friends and I had an amazing stay. The property is close to Boone and near a bunch of fun things! It was very clean and the owner was so helpful with any questions. Definitely recommend!
