Stayed Sep 23, 2024The property was nice and fairly clean however the sink was stopped up, removed the stopper cap to find the sink full of crud. Reported this to the front desk and was given a lesson on how to operate the stopper! Informed the front desk that i was aware of how sinks work and was told it would be taken care of... it was not. The room shared a wall with another room with a locked door. A family stayed next door and was extremely loud and disrespectful walking us up at 0500 in the morning, stinking around, carrying on with loud conversations. Not exactly the quiet getaway that we paid for. We ended up leaving a day early with no refund due to the circumstances. Definitely have no intention of returning for the cost!

Stayed Aug 23, 2024The only thing clean was the sheets and the bathroom. Dust stall over the windows, windowsills, microwave, coffee, pot, etc. etc. I let the manager know to check in on their cleaning staff.
