Great property. Very clean and well equipped. There were 6 of us and we didn't have any space issues at all. Nice quiet remote location with quick access to Williams, Tusayan and the grand canyon.

Great place to stay away from the sky high prices in Tusayan, but close enough to be convenient. We had 5 people when we stayed. The house says it sleeps 8, but I would not rent this for more than 6 people. It would be very tight.

This review is more for the property management than for the property itself. I had a family medical emergency and had to cancel this stay. I tried initially to reschedule, but was tersely told I had to cancel and rebook. At this point, there was no refund available, so everything was lost. I asked if there was a possibility for help with a refund so I could rebook, but my requests were repeatedly ignored. With the fees and everything added to this property, it is very expensive, especially for a one night stay, and any communication would have been appreciated. It took days of requests through VRBO for the cancellation to finally go through. As much as I was looking forward to this little get-away, and staying in one of these tiny homes, I will not book with this company again. and I will be hard pressed to trust VRBO's interface for cancelling and rescheduling either.

Our family of 7 stayed here during our recent trip to the Grand Canyon. It worked very well with kids, though I imagine it would be quite tight if all lodgers were adults - but it's a tiny home, so you know that going in! Pretty close GCNP - either shop in Williams or at the GCNP grocery - the prices at the convenience store just outside the park are ridiculous. House was clean, lots of amenities - would be nice to have one more trash can and one extra blanket. WiFi could be slow but we didn't use it much so not a big deal for us. There is a dumpster right outside the house - convenient for taking out trash, but not a great view. The best view is at night. Step outside and soak in TONS of stars - so beautiful. Listing very much reflective of property.

Perfect tiny home with great location about 30 minutes south of the South Entrance to the Grand Canyon and Tusayan. The home was adequately equipped. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. The coffee maker did not work properly, reached out to the host, but got no response. It snowed on the first night causing steps to freeze over, but no salt or shovel were left on porch as told. Would definitely stay here again.
