Your Next Cozy Escape 1BR New Cabin near Cheyenne Crossing/Spearfish Canyon!

Thank you again for hosting us! A couple things to note: the bed is terribly uncomfortable. With two people sleeping in it, the bed slopes to the middle bad. Also, the listing was slightly deceiving… I didn’t realize until after I booked that the second queen bed that was listed was just an air mattress. Had I read more thoroughly before booking, I wouldn’t have chosen this location. Also, some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, and had to be washed before use. Like the previous renters had put them away and nothing was checked. The only other complaint that I have is that after finally receiving the WiFi password, it was horribly slow and we weren’t able to load hardly anything due to the speed.

We LOVED our stay at “The Barn”! This is the second time my husband and I have been blessed with the opportunity to stay at this wonderful rental, this stay was extra special as we had our two littles with us. We love how close the rental is to Lead and Deadwood- and perfect proximity to Cheyenne Crossing and Spearfish Canyon! My husband and I love the road where the barn is located, both times we have stayed we have so enjoyed walking and enjoying the beauty of the area. Very cosy and well kept rental, we are very grateful for another wonderful stay. We highly recommend this beautiful “barn”!

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect location.

Perfect size for 2 people. Washer and dryer are noisy. Great location for sxs trail riding! Room for 1 pick up and trailer.

Location was perfect for what we had planned to do. Clean, had all the amenities we needed. We didn’t grill but the propane tanks were empty. Definitely would recommend friends and family to stay at The Barn.

Very clean with excellent parking. Snow removal was prompt and done each day. The only negative I have is the listing stated extra bed It was an air mattress. That should be cleared up on the listing. Overall very good and I would strongly recommend this for a couple.

Location was perfect for us....quiet area in the evenings away from the tourist hot-spots and close to the areas we wanted to explore this trip. Interior is decorated nicely and was extremely clean. We spent most evenings sitting outside on the patio area soaking in the beautiful view of the pines. Two things that caused me to rate overall at 4 stars instead of 5: Mattress is way past its prime and needs to be replaced, and the wifi is weak at best, sometimes not working at all.
