Stayed Mar 20, 2026Beautiful venue for our wedding. Only concern was that lawn service showed up to mow an hour before the ceremony—they were polite and hurried to finish in time.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025A wonderful spot for rest and recharge! The cottage is cozy, and the view is amazing. We saw many deer, a couple of Eagles, bunnies and enjoyed watching the boats on the river. Beautiful scenery.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025My husband and I had such a nice stay. There are two air conditions in the house. Which is a blessing because if you know the Arkansas heat- you know why! Comfortable queen bed upstairs (along with two other smaller beds to sleep in if needed) outlets upstairs too and the window at the head of the queen bed looks out to the White River. Shower had good pressure. Steve, the owner, was very easy to communicate with! Fast response time with any questions I had. It’s a quiet area and watching the fog roll in over the lake, from the nice deck, In The evenings, was a perfect way to end the evening. My husband and I also dunked ourselves in the cold water (about 54/56 degrees) at the bottom of the property (the White River) Acts like an ice bath and just had to walk down the stairs to get to it!
