Great place to stay near Grand Canyon NP, only 40 mins from Flagstaff and 10 mins from Williams. The house and interior decor are top notch.

I can’t say enough ab this property! It looked just like the pics only better! It was so nice! The beds were really comfortable and it was super clean! We loved the hot tub outside and the location was excellent! He even had snacks and drinks available! The Wi-Fi was spotty but it’s vacation, we shouldn’t need it anyway!

Wheelhouse Getaway was an outstanding, authentic southwest house with incredible decore and style reflecting the unique culture of the great American west! The outdoor patio/fireplace was super cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed a fire every night. The large 8 person hot tub was perfect for just the two of us… Lots of room to spread out, very clean, and the multi color disco lights were a very nice touch as we sat in it in the evening looking up at the bountiful stars. The house itself as you can see by the pictures has incredible detail, including custom cabinets with turquoise inlays. The doors and headboards are custom carved with Southwest imagery and all of the appliances, furniture, lighting, and other amenities were were outstanding. It is a straight shot up US 64 to the Grand Canyon and an easy scenic 40 minute drive. We highly recommend staying at Wheelhouse Getaway instead of one of the dated and congested properties near the Grand Canyon. You will not regret your booking decision! Thank you Sergei! Well done!!!

Everything was great! Last half mile of road was really bumpy but other than that all good! Perfect location for day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon!

We recently stayed for a weekend so we could spend some time exploring the area, and some Jeep trails. The property was a perfect mix of rustic and modern. Spending time sitting in front of the outdoor fireplace or in the hot tub star gazing was a perfect end to the day.

Disclosure: We couldn’t stay in this house. I would give a 0 star rating after our ordeal but a 0 rating isn’t an option. We booked this house for a 2 night stay because we had a train tour booked to the Grand Canyon for the day. We were notified the morning of our check-in day that the property was double booked. How could that happen? The owners said it was VRBOs fault. Oddly the day before our check-in, we asked the owner if we could get in early and he said Ok. They offered another property they owned on the same street but it wasn’t to our liking. We scrambled and found another property that turned out to be probably better than this.

We were so glad to find this cozy cabin to stay in after completing R2R. It’s close enough to town while still being secluded to be able relax!

Brought the family out to visit my dad and have the kids see the Grand Canyon for the first time. The house is just as advertised and we had a fantastic time. Was nice to have the hot tub to relax in and look at the stars. The house is very comfortable and the woodworking inside really provides a rustic, but elegant feel. Would definitely stay there again

We were looking for a someone remote location, with dark black skies and a jacuzzi, to watch the Perseid Meteor Shower. Now, while we had no control over the weather, clouds, and moonlight, our location couldn't have been better, and the House itself, was perfect for our needs. Outside of not having access to ice from the Refrigerator, the home & rooms were fantastic. And the Chocolate Chip cookies was the 'cherry on top'
