Stayed Feb 12, 2026The bunk beds were so wobbly I could not let my 8 and 12 year old on the top bunks because I thought they would fall over. We even had someone sleeping on the bottom of each bunk bed and they were scared to roll over because the whole set moved in an unsafe manner. Also, there was no tv. I suppose that knowledge was my fault for not reading further into the amenities.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025This unit was very dirty and lacking in amenities. There were burrs stuck in carpet and the bedding which were painful to step on. The inside and outside furniture were filthy and there was no assistance at check in. I would avoid this property. Very dated and unclean.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We came to Kerrville for a family reunion and this place was awesome. I have 4 kids, so the thought of no wifi or tv actually had me excited. We sat around the fire pit and looked at the stars! They were so bright and beautiful. We loved walking the property with our pets. We had a hiccup with the water, but the owner was very responsive and we got it fixed in minutes. I will be staying here every year for our reunion (if it is open) and highly recommend!!
