Stayed Jul 18, 2025We took a short weekend trip to Utopia. The scenery of the flowing river from our patio was breathtaking. The place was clean and Nancy was responsive. Definitely recommend! My dogs had a great time. We plan to go back.

Stayed May 21, 2025The rivers dry, the pool is tiny, and the ac barely cools the kitchen much less the bedrooms, it was 80 in the bedrooms til 2am or later.

Stayed Nov 2, 2024I had a fine time, the location was good, the staff were friendly, the accommodation was clean and very well appointed. I would change two things in the listing. The wifi was intermittent and slow when it was present and though this is a river retreat there really isn't a river, looks like it's been dry for several years.
