Unique New Build w/ Open Plan, Full of Windows, Hot Tub, & Large Deck

This is a great cabin with plenty of space and very comfortable beds!! Hot tub was hot and spacious as well!! Great location!

Small things like lightbulbs out in bathroom vanities in two rooms could use a little more instruction with operation of TVs

Overall, we enjoyed, but not nearly as impressed with this stay as with our first stay three years ago in the same community, but a different home. Cleanliness was not top notch and a few things broken and not up to par when we arrived.

Had 4 families stay, all were very impressed with the house.

This property was a steal for the price, there was room for all 5 of us to have our own spaces. The property was perfect, we will try to book this one again!

The only game I am aware of that did not work was the pinball machine in the one facility. It took my 50 cents but did not work or even light up. Aside from that, everything was fine.

Nice grill and kitchen so we could make a few of our own meals but close to restaurants as well. I also appreciated that it wasn't located on a steep hill, access was very easy. I will definitely be staying here again.

We have really enjoyed the PowderHouse Pass area. Homes are beautiful, community building is enjoyable, and great energy all around. The home has a large open main floor, kitchen was well stocked with small and large appliances, our family really appreciated the layout. Best perk is every bedroom has its own bathroom. We only had a few complaints, upon arrival the first thing the kids like to do is enjoy the hot tub, it was very dirty and kids smelt like mold when they got out. I notified the manager, response was prompt and someone came to correct the problem. I sent manager a thank you text for sending someone out and also mentioned maybe it had been awhile since it had been serviced or someone stayed at property since upon arrival 2 of the 5 bedrooms had dead flies on the floor and beds, it was the response that I was offended by, manager said Nope! I was there twice yesterday and owners had just stayed I was not complaining about the flies, just noting maybe it had been a bit since a stay, I felt response was rude. I do know that our family found empty cups under beds, mouse poop in dresser drawers and the coffee bar, lots of debris under couches. I asked about space heaters as the basements get very cold, they don't have any which i understand but was given the suggestion of closing upstairs vents, that did help. Our family washed a majority of the towels and swept and vacuumed before we left, hoping this will give the housekeepers more time to check underbeds and in drawers to make guests feel like their stay is well kept. I want to end with this is a Holiday we all enjoy, we will continue to do year after year.

Reviewer Comments: With 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, our main requirement was met at the Old Fashioned. Ample gathering space for our group. Fireplace on the deck was enjoyable. Kitchen was well equipped. Expected to have soap/shampoo in each bathroom, washcloths were sparse. Water heater did not keep up with the needs of the 5 bathrooms even with staggered showering, water pressure was weak at best, both important after a dusty day on the trail. We had a plumbing issue upon arrival which was taken care of the next day, but it took 3 contact attempts to the property management company to get a response to the problem. Parking is limited at the property. Overflow parking is about 1/3 miles away. Still a good property for the price point.

Most rooms have bunk beds plus a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. This place has personal space plus places to gather with everyone. We enjoyed the fire table on the beautiful porch. The kitchen was well equipped. We found the cabin to be very clean and really enjoyed the close proximity to dirt biking trails. The club house and pool were also very popular with the littles.

This house was remarkable!!! We had 12 adults and 1 child so we needed a lot of room and bathrooms were not an option to share. The games downstairs kept the adult kids entertained and the hot tub was relaxing! Location was so fabulous and an hour and half from everything we wanted to do. We even got Landry done for the next leg of our vacation. I will stay with this company again for sure!!!!

The house was perfect for our family. Because there were four individual families the house was perfect. Each had their own bedroom with a king in each and a full or queen bunkbed. It was perfect for their family with small children.. The location was great, within walking distance to the pool. The house was situated on a cul-de-sac, so the kids could ride their bikes with plenty or room to play outside.
