Such an amazing and spacious cabin. Tonia, our host, was extremely attentive to any questions we had. The property was kept very well. We are already looking forward to our next stay at Tonia's property.

Host was fantastic - answered all our texts even on Thanksgiving day! Cabin was very cozy. The grill and fireplace are propane with pilot lights just to share. We used the grill easily. Kitchen was perfect - we ate all but one of our meals in the cabin. Our daughter LOVED the hot tub. We were easily able to log into our streaming stuff on the Roku TV. Wifi worked great. Provided puzzles/games were a nice touch. The pull out futon couch bed was uncomfortable for our daughter (mattress is a very thin foam-ish piece) - I would bring an air mattress but would definitely stay again. The living space was plenty big - we assembled our dog's travel crate easily in that space with plenty of room for our family to hang out. The living room had two blankets and the bedroom had one extra blanket. We found it very walkable to town. It is a steep incline coming back to the cabin from town just a heads up for other guests. We liked walking down the river best and it was an easy walk there. We loved breakfast at Dottie's. The lighting of the tree was very festive in downtown!

The host was very communicative. This is a very nice, quiet cabin. Having stayed in many cabins over the years, I can truthfully say that this is one of the best. My favorite part was the hot tub. It’s one of the biggest that I’ve seen. Its access to downtown Helen is also a huge benefit. Despite being so close to downtown, it’s very quiet and serene.

Cozy Cabin. Great location! Hot Tub was amazing and super clean. Tonia was great! Easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. We ran out of propane for the gas grill. She had a new tank to us in less than 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect walking distance to all the Helen activity but felt secluded based on location. We enjoyed the cabin and it met our expectations.

The pricing was reasonable, we loved the cabin and enjoyed our stay. The outside deck had some spider webs, but cleaned it up in 10 minutes.

Quiet, secluded, and peaceful location. Super cute decor and lay out of the cabin. Walkable to all of Helen, do wear comfortable shoes though. It’s a walk but a fun one! Will be staying again!

Enjoyed our stay. It was hard to find in the dark so I would suggest going during the daylight hours to check in.

Cabin was small and quaint - just what you want from a cabin feel in the mountains. Hot tub was nice addition and walking distance to the main Helen strip.

Pretty close to perfect stay, the only thing that gets 4.5 stars is the location, as its a bit far to walk back from town with packages, and parking is paid and expensive. best part probably was communication with the host, we stay at a lot of VRBOs while traveling and this is top 3 communication nationally (didnt do the winery)

This cabin was perfect and exactly what I was looking for! Quiet area and great location close by everything. The cabin was very clean and had all the little necessities that I forgot to bring (coffee. Creamer, condiments, etc…) any question I had for the host, she responded within minutes. Excellent overall!!

My fiancé and I stayed here and it was great! It is a very short distance to town which we loved. It also has the perfect amount of privacy! The hot tub was great and clean!!! The cabin was also extremely cleanly.

First time to Helen and the cabins location was minutes away from dining, shopping and activities but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of it. The hit tub was perfect for an evening soak after a long day of any activity of your choosing.

This place was perfect! We loved everything about it. We took our toddler and it was the perfect amount of space for all of us. The hot tub was really nice along with the grill. Very clean and quiet. Very close to downtown and many things to do!

The home is clean and spacious. We loved the notebook full of recommendations. Getting in and checking out were very simple. It's a private area, which was relaxing. Loved the hot tub on the balcony. It's just a few minute walk to downtown Helen!

There were multiple issues with the place and we did let the host know. Sink was disgusting, shower had a huge patch in the floor, soap wasn’t filled, hot tub ran all night loudly, the bed was hard as a rock, and the shower was too small to even wash.
