The open-concept living area welcomes you with a blend of rustic warmth and modern comfort. A painted brick fireplace with an electric insert anchors the space, while a 70” smart TV and comfortable seating make movie nights easy—whether you’re curling up after a hike or settling in for a quiet weekend together.

The adjoining kitchen and dining area are designed for connection, featuring stainless steel appliances and a suite of high-quality small appliances, including a Vitamix blender, KitchenAid mixer, Instant Pot, toaster, and air fryer/convection oven (note: a traditional full-size oven is not present). Though compact, the kitchen is beautifully equipped for home-cooked meals or simple wine and charcuterie nights in.

A dedicated coffee station—complete with Nespresso Vertuo and Keurig machines (plus pods for each), French press, and cold brew setup—ensures that every morning starts just right. The kitchen island seats four, creating an easy gathering place for breakfast, relaxed dinners, or sharing a glass of wine while cooking together.

Outdoor Spaces—

Step outside and experience the peaceful charm that makes The Juniper Cabin such a special retreat. The 275-square-foot screened-in porch extends your living space into the trees, offering a tranquil spot for morning coffee, dining al fresco, or reading in the hanging egg chairs. From this cozy perch, you’ll enjoy seasonal views of the valley, framed by ever-changing light and color throughout the year.

Just below, the lower patio features a private hot tub, propane fire pit, grill, and comfortable seating—perfect for evenings spent under the stars.

We really enjoyed this home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of towels left for us. We especially loved the screened in porch which also had plenty of seating for family time. The home is not only beautiful inside but also on the outside with nice landscape and attention to detail. The owner was very accommodating and had great communication. We will definitely stay here again while visiting family,

We enjoyed a luxury type feel in a secluded location. Well stocked with everything you need for a getaway. Close to many hiking trails in Shenandoah National Park and near all the necessary amenities. We would book another stay here. Thank you!

Cozy, very well stocked cabin in the woods. Great central location for many wineries, hikes, and restaurants. The roads in the neighborhood are pretty steep, but this place is definitely worth it. Very comfortable, cutely decorated, and with every amenity imaginable. We’d come again.

This place checks all the boxes! It’s a cozy place with a great view and hot tub. The only niggle is the door to the patio has a crack in it so air seeps through. Otherwise, fantastic place!

We had a fantastic stay. The property is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. It’s about 15-20 minutes from downtown Front Royal, a half hour from Shenandoah, and has plenty of wineries surrounding it. Matt was responsive to any questions and super helpful. As stated in the description the property is off some roads that are dirt/gravel and get narrow. Would highly recommend something with 4WD or AWD to get there. We would highly recommend this property.
