Very awesome cabin and easy to find, great communication as well!
Cleanest and most reasonable cabin we have stayed at. Have stayed here twice. Easy access to places we want to go and great communication.
This was my third trip to Rustic Ridge Cabins. They are nestled in the Black Hills, safe, and exceptionally clean. I love that they are centrally located to various sites. I will definately return next year.
Very nice and clean good location
The staff was unbelievable friendly. It was very clean and the location was perfect for seeing the Black Hills. Right in the middle of everything. The family running it was very accommodating. We even had a dead battery in Keystone and Crystal came herself and jumped our car. We were able to check in early as our cabin was ready. We had a personal text message asking us when we would arrive. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the Black Hills area.
Great place, cabin was clean and very nice. Location is very convenient for area attractions. Owners were very friendly. Only negative is road noise from Hwy near cabin
Everything was 100 percent as listed. Crystal and her husband made checking in easy through emails. They also answered any questions we had and gave us recommendations on things to see and do. Cabin was in a perfect location for many activities. They're so many things to do, Custer State Park was our favorite part of the stay. We had four in our group and cabin was perfect for us, well supplied. Only negative about cabin was the internet. We would definitely stay there again, like I said location, location, location
Loved the cabin & ease of commuting with owners. Location in terms of sigh-seeing is terrific, but I didnโt realize view from front porch was a major/busy highway.
We stayed there just a day after a major winter storm. Communication was excellent. The power had went out the day of our stay. Crystal called me about this and had multiple options for us in case the power was not restored. She was on top of the situation. The power was restored prior to our stay. We showed up late in the night. They had the lights on for us when we arrived Overall a very good weekend away.
Location was perfect for our day trips and accommodations were excellent.
The property was super cute and very peaceful.. the owners were very friendly and very helpful, would stay here again for sureโฆ
We are looking forward to returning sometime. Nice area and close to many places to visit. Also a dog friendly place. Now our dog can also add this location to his visits at St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands; Virginia, TN, IN and more. I am a teacher and was able to gather a lot of information to share with my students and in presenting teacher workshops.
Quick access from Rapid City, in the middle of most โBlack Hillsโ favorites. Host was awesome, location mostly quiet, some road noise but beautiful cabin.
Quiet, extremely clean, per friendly, centrally located to the attractions. My second visit and there will be many more!
a little disappointed in internet reception. Other than that a great stay.
Crystal and Jim are onsite and are very helpful with advice on the area. They have lots of kitchen equipment in the office if you need to use it - like crock pot and convection oven. Cabin 2 was cozy and clean. Great grocery store in nearby Hill City. Hope to return for another visit.
We stayed 3 nights. The cabin was very clean as were the grounds. The host was super friendly and had great communication! Would highly recommend!!!
Excellent.
We truly enjoyed our stay, the cabin was adorable! It was clean and comfortable and we especially loved the porch swing. We would definitely stay again!
The cabin was perfect, clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and very nice. I would recommend Rustic Ridge Cabins to anyone. Thank you Crystal & Jim.
Love that this cabin was so close to everything.
The cabin was just and pictured, updated and rustic. Close to all attractions and state parks. Loved the fire pit.
Our stay at this property was the perfect location to the various sites and experiences we had planned . The cabin was stocked with the basic necessities and the property managers were readily available to answer all questions and supply us with clean towels, charcoal for the grill, and other small cooking items we didnโt want to have to purchase . We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet time in the evenings and our overall visit .
Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights at this cabin, and it was great! Crystal is very responsive and friendly and helped us out quickly when we had questions. The cabin was very clean, and we loved the locationโit was a great home base as we traveled all over the Black Hills. I hadnโt ever used an electric skillet, but it was perfect for cooking eggs in the morning and one-pot spaghetti and meat sauce for dinner one night. We also loved that there were a few supplies already in the cabin: paper towels, salt, pepper, coffee & filters, and plenty of bath towels overall.
Awesome place to stay would do it again in a heartbeat!!!
This place was nicely done. Itโs centrally located in the hills. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There is some highway noise.
Nice place to stay. Not handicap accessible. Beds are creaky and cabin is small but okay for 2-3 people. Steps up to loft area are a bit steep. Overall, would recommend for 2 people and possibly a small child.
Great experience Lovely home! Clean quiet and accessible
Clean, roomy and a great location to see the Black Hill sites.
