We are Backroads Inn and Cabins. Our property lies in Echo Valley. 8 acres surrounded by National Forest. We are the essence of the Black Hills, yet minutes away from everything people come to see, like Mt Rushmore (2.4 miles) and Custer State Park (15 minutes).

The character and style of this cabin is what makes Echo Valley so unique. With 2 bedrooms, two baths, a large living room and full kitchen, this is a perfect place for a family gathering. The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as two twins perfectly situated in the corner. The front sun porch has a twin day bed and the living has a fold-out twin bed. In all, the Spokane can accommodate a party of 8. As with all of our cabins, there is a private gas grill, fire pit and horse swing out front.
Absolutely amazing! Quiet and peaceful! Definitely will stay here again.
The property was quiet and off the beaten trail. Great for kids to have fun!
Well stocked, spacious cabin with helpful friendly hosts.
This cabin worked perfect for our family of 5! Our three kids shared a room with a queen bed, two singles and their own bathroom, while we had our own bedroom and bathroom. The fireplace was perfect for our chilly nights, and there was even a beautiful hiking trail right from the site. I would definitely stay here again.
Close to black hills and Custer state park. Just outside keystone nice and quiet.
Awesome
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the Spokane cabin. Will stay again if we ever come back. Great place for families!
Our kids loved the creek and the cabin was just the right size for our family of 6
nothing to add
Overall the cabin was very nice. A few small maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but they didnโt negatively affect our stay. Location is great. Unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you need.
Absolutely loved this clean and well-equipped cabin. Lovely, quiet setting that felt away from town, but was very close as well. We had one warm, lovely day - but the next day the temps dropped almost 30 degrees and it was foggy and rainy. So the cozy cabin and wood-burning fireplace was SUCH a treat, and we so enjoyed our day of rest! We would defintely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay and recommend it for anyone visiting the area.
This is a great place to stay. Close to Mt Rushmore and all the sites but in a quiet wooded setting about 1.5 miles from town. Would stay there again.
Beautiful property with helpful and friendly hosts. Close to amenities and historic sites. Easy to get to. Well equipped cabin, very clean and really comfortable beds!
