We had a nice trip staying at this tranquil cabin. Host quickly responded to our questions. But they don’t have WIFI currently.

We truly enjoyed our stay—thank you so much for welcoming us into your beautiful home for a relaxing getaway. The movie selection was a treat! We brought a hotspot just in case, though we weren’t sure it was quite what we needed. We've made sure to leave everything just as we found it and followed all the requested guidelines. Your hospitality was deeply appreciated!

My family had an amazing time staying here. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The scenery was gorgeous and we had a wonderful time roasting hotdogs over the fire pit.Shenandoah park is close by and we had a very fun time exploring all the park has to offer. At nights we enjoyed delicious grilled dinners and a very nice selection of movies available with the TVI absolutely recommend staying here

Had a nice weekend stay at this very secluded cabin. Very clean inside and had everything we needed. We spent lots of time outside on the wraparound porch and enjoyed the sounds of birds. About 30 minutes from Shenandoah National Park and quite a few wineries. Owner was also very responsive when we had questions. Only issue was that the dirt/gravel driveway wasn't well maintained as there were lots of very big ruts for the last 900 feet, which could have been from a recent rainfall. Fortunately we had 4-wheel drive, which would definitely be a necessity year-round, but I would also say you would need decent clearance beneath your vehicle so you don't risk damaging your undercarriage. I would still recommend this place as it was very nice inside and the location (and quiet) were great.

We wanted to check out the area for a possible move coming up. Although, it was a bit more in the woods and up into the mountain than I had realized (people were not kidding when they said to make sure you have 4 wheel drive) it was a really great stay for us. My husband and two sons had to meet us there the second day so I guess that is why the cabin straight in the woods was a bigger deal to me and my daughter going it alone. It is a super cute cabin in the woods with the most beautiful view and surroundings. We even walked around the woods a little and found a cute little stream trickling through. They truly had everything you needed to get through your stay, well except a normal ol' coffee maker but I just ended up making mine on the stove with a pot and then mesh strainer. They have a keurig but I didn't want to buy refills because I do not have it at home. I think it is perfect for some time away in nature and I can only imagine how beautiful it is come spring and fall. Highly recommend.

This was the second Thanksgiving we’ve spent at this cabin. It is spotless and well-equipped to cook a feast! Cozy inside and near the National Park. We’ll certainly return.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home has a rustic wilderness feel, but is completely updated, clean and cozy. Peace and quiet, coffee on the deck in the morning, enjoying the amazing view of the stars in the evening. Check in, communication was seamless. Would definitely stay at this property again! Hopefully for a longer vacation!
