Spectacular Views From This Newly Built 3BR Hilltop Home outside Deadwood

It was a wonderful place to stay with beautiful views of the Black Hills.

The drive to the cabin was not easy. I would not reccomend bringing a small car or something that would struggle on non paved roads. The cabin is very wonderful for a small group.

Very cool property :) communication was outstanding throughout everything. Saw 10-15 box elder bugs throughout the cabin… overall, we loved it! Maybe add a few more puzzles/board games :)

Property itself was great and secluded. After booking, instructions stated that 4x4 or AWD is recommended which I would agree with especially depending on the weather/season. We (2 families- 4 adults and 4 kids 9-12) enjoyed it and would stay there again.

Pet friendly, cozy cabin with beautiful view!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing, we saw the same Doe and her fawn every morning and every evening.

We spend most of out time in the hills outside, exploring, not holed up in a cabin. This rental fit the bill perfectly. A clean, nice place to rest up in the evenings after a fun day of running around. The biggest perk is the pet friendly policy. I get that it adds a bit of uncertainty to the rental owners, but our pups are a part of our family and we don't go anywhere without them. My lab has, without a doubt, caused less mess or damage in rental properties than 90% of toddlers that found an unsecured sharpie.

This house was cozy and clean, which we really appreciated. I will say that it was disappointing to not have soap in the bathrooms and the liquid soap that was available was watered down to the point of just being water. When you pay a hefty price for a place to stay; one would expect soap and Kleenex in the bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It had everything we needed for our family with plenty of space for everyone. We loved to sit by the fireplace while enjoying the incredible view from the front window. You will definitely want 4WD in the winter as the road is steep but well-maintained. Grab takeout at Pizza Lab on your way up the mountain and enjoy! It was an easy drive to Lead and Deadwood.

Great weekend getaway.

The perfect setting. With a little deep cleaning of the ceiling fans and hot tub it would have been perfect.

The views were amazing, the cabin is cozy and intimate. Had everything we needed for our weekend trip! Would 10/10 stay again.

If you’re looking for beautiful views, quiet mornings and you just want to be in the woods!! This is the place. The host was great with communication and very helpful. Definitely will be coming back

Everything was as advertised; we had a great stay. I have no complaints, but one suggestion. The hot tub is out back looking at a berm of gravel and a propane tank. If the tub was in the front, you would have great view of the Black Hills which is what a person wants. 5 stars..

The cabin is fully stocked and had extra essentials that you usually don’t see at an VRBO rental. Our family loved the location and how secluded it was. Absolutely loved the location, out away from most everything. Cabin was very clean upon arrival. Everything worked, extra fans in all the closets. No A/C might be a problem in the summer months. Deer, squirrel, chipmunks and turkey were our neighbors. Would definitely stay again.
