Great location near skiing, lots of space for kids to play, and the house is nicely equipped.

The house was beautiful and close to the ski resort. 17 out of the 22 got to come and everyone was loving having their own bathrooms. We had a blast playing cards at night. Thanks for sharing your house!

It was super close to Terry Peak and an easy drive to both Deadwood and Lead for activities, dining, and exploring. The house was open, inviting, very clean, and well maintained, with plenty of bathrooms, towels, and the huge bonus of two washer and dryer sets, which was perfect for our group. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax, and we really enjoyed using the hot tub after full days of adventuring. Communication with the host, Budi, was fast and clear leading up to our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to book again! Great location, great home, and lots of happy memories made here!

The cleanliness and how spacious entry.

Everything went as scheduled and planned. Our host was great at communicating all the details for us and delivered as promised. Our place exceeded expectations. What a beautiful home! We especially appreciated the Weber and Blackstone grills. We have had less than desirables in the past so the guys were excited to cook! Win/Win! Thanks for the great stay.

Our stay here was wonderful! Beautiful grounds, a clean and modern house, a very convenient layout of the rooms, and each family had a private bathroom! The kitchen is large with plenty of utensils, a large refrigerator, and there's also a kitchenette upstairs. There were plenty of towels for the pool and jacuzzi. Our men really enjoyed the large grill, as there were a lot of us and we needed to grill a lot of steaks, and they made quick work of it! We chose this house because of the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the pool table.

This home was fantastic for our family of seven children, 4 spouses, and 18 grandchildren (ages 6 weeks to 13). Lots of room, lots of beds & baths and perfect location for skiing & snowmobiling. The only thing our family would have enjoyed having was a chair that rocked for the babies. I would highly recommend this home. It was all around perfect!

The oven had a bottom full of burnt on food, every time we used it, the entire downstairs filled with smoke. The children made a joke of it that we were sending out smoke signals. Also after using the fire pit for 10 minutes we ran out of propane. I called and left a message, but no one got back to us. We left a note in the house when we left, so they knew what needed to be taken care of for the next renters.

It was decided last year, to locate rental property in the Black Hills for the family Reunion. Your property rentals were recommended to us by a family friend. We were fortunate to locate two properties that could accommodate our large group & both properties be within walking distance of each other in the Powder House Pass area. Our rental was Living in the Pines, we truly could have used nine bedrooms each with a private bath, but we made six bedrooms work. We love the location and took advantage of all of the sites in and around Lead, Deadwood & Rapid City to entertain our group. We certainly would recommend Black Hills adventure, property for anyone looking to locate vacation rental in this area of South Dakota.
