Sky Cabin!! Private 2 acres only 10 min to Estes Park. Great Views of Longs Peak

RENTERS BEWARE - DIRTY, DIRTY HOME Location and views are good and it’s a nice sized home. That said, this is by far the dirtiest home in ALL my vacation rental experiences. Any renter expects owners have cleaned the place on a regular basis so when you walk in, it’s clean, presentable and ready to use. The best way to summarize the state of this home is that upon entry it was as though a bunch of young guys rented it for months and didn’t know how to clean or care for the place then the owner just rents it out to the next person (lucky me in this case!). Odd thing is the owner herself! stayed at the home a couple days before I arrived yet when I checked in, I found: - used dishes and cooking pans uncleaned in the sink for days for me to clean- a kitchen with splattered food across all appliances and the area- a FULL kitchen trashcan with days of old food and garbage- a huge, fully decorated Christmas Tree (it’s August!) that took up a large part of dining area (not to mention the dead bird under it!)- dirty floors and rugs throughout home that looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. - tub, toilet and bath shelf were covered in grunge and fecal matter- mouse droppings and chewed up materials were present on both levels of the homeOwner had a potential housekeeper come by the home days after I checked in (only after complaining) that couldn’t believe how dirty it was and stated the place was “terrible”.Beware - I found it disgusting.
