Serene cabin getaway minutes from hiking, biking, UTV and snowmobile trails.

This cabin was beyond what we expected. The host thought if everything and when I mean everything they let us help ourselves to smores and different beverages stocked for the guests. What a quiet and serene place to stay. Our family loved it and our fur babies could run around in the fenced in area.

Beautiful view and plenty deer every morning and afternoon. Host was Amazing and always got back soon as I asked a question. I have stayed in my different places but this is a 10 out of ten. My wife and I hated to leave this beautiful place. My Labrador Harper loved the big fenced in yard and laying on the deck every afternoon.

The cabin was beautiful.Well supplied and very clean, and welcoming. Given the opportunity I would stay in a home offered by this host again. Everything was as advertised and everything was in working order..

Cabin is very nice, large loft upstairs is neat. Communication with owner is excellent. Beds are large and comfortable. There is no AC, so it was too hot during the afternoon while we were there and takes too long to cool down at night as there isn't much wind to push air through the cabin. There is about 8 miles of really rough gravel to get to the cabin, so is not ideal going in and out a lot. Overall, it's a nice place, no AC and rough road is the only downfall.

Everything about our stay was astounding. Waking up to the sounds of elk bugeling in the distance, to having NFS land right in the backyard - truly a getaway in the hills. Super easy access to local trails, and Lead/Deadwood is only 15 minutes away. The pet friendliness is an absolute big bonus, and the hosts and property went above and beyond to ensure their comforts as well.

Thoughtfully stocked, comfortable, beautiful home away from home! We enjoyed watching the deer come in every morning and evening and listening to the elk call. Wonderful place!

It was such a Great place! More then we expected which is refreshing! This was our 2nd all family vacation and the cabin was wonderful to have us all together. Views were great, so peaceful. Was everything shown and so much more. Would definitely recommend to other's who want a Family get away. Thank the owners so much for a perfect Vacation get away!

This was a very well maintained property. We found it well stocked with supplies needed and kitchen items. The front porch was the best!! We spent evenings watching the deer come out into the meadow. It was so peaceful and quiet.We were able to trail ride with our UTVs right from the property.

Beautiful cabin and view. Our family enjoyed the stay and the host was wonderful! It was great having items there such as pack and play and high chair and our older children loved the toys! Very thoughtful of the host having toiletry items and even some pantry items on hand! I personally enjoyed finding a book on the shelf to read while enjoying the weather!

It was perfect we were to busy with our daughters wedding we didn’t get to actually enjoy it. When we did a chance to relax it was wonderful. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations!

There is a reason this is rated 5/5. It is a beautiful location and a perfect cabin for a stay in the beautiful Spearfish Canyon. It is child friendly, including children plates, cups, toy box, and games. It is dog friendly including a kennel, fenced yard, and dog dishes. It is adult friendly as it has everything you would need. The kitchen has everything for cooking. The little things like phone chargers in the bedroom, toiletries, games, books, and much more make it so welcoming. The view is gorgeous off the deck. Communication was excellent with fast responses. I was concerned about the 3,000 deposit which I had not encountered before but VBRO refunds that after 2-3 weeks I am told if no damage. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Colleen.

We had a great time at the cabin, we loved how quiet the evening are, and all the fun activities nearby!

Location was amazing. We could access UTV trails not far from the house. The views from the house were beautiful as well. This was by far the best Vrbo we have stayed in and had wonderful amenities. Highly suggest staying here.

Perfect location to experience everything the Spearfish area has to offer

Above expectations. Loved the fenced yard for the dogs. Kitchen is stocked better than my home. Location is amazing close to trails. Flock of wild turkeys hung around. Very well maintained and supplied.

Amazing stay. The Hosts truly thought of everything even down to spices in the cabinets. Amazing space to take in family and beautiful Black Hills.

It was a perfect weekend to go relax and enjoy deadwood. Beautiful scenery to and from the drive.

In addition to being a beautiful house in the perfect location, Colleen made sure the house was equipped with all of the comforts of home! I have never stayed at a VRBO where the host has anticipated everything a guest might possibly need. The house was in a great location to explore the many opportunities offered in the Black Hills and still offer seclusion and relaxation.

We optimized the front deck a lot! The view was amazing and so peaceful! Fenced in yard allowed our dog freedom to run safely. House was beautiful, clean and offered everything we would need. Communication by the host/hostess was timely and warm. Would definitely recommend this place!

What a wonderful home to meet up with our grown children and their spouses. We had a fabulous time in this lovely cabin. Everything we could have wanted or needed was there. A simply fantastic time with the family.

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at this adorable cabin. This cabin was perfectly stocked with everything you can imagine! Our family of 8 found it very cozy with enough room for all guests. We rode utvs from the property daily and enjoyed watching deer every night and also watched turkeys several nights. Devils bathtub was a family favorite, especially for the kids. The gravel road from Spearfish to the house was extremely rough pulling our trailers due to current gravel conditions so we were glad we didn’t have to trailer the utvs to ride each day.
