Stayed May 2, 2025We came for a wedding at Sky Retreat and made a long weekend out of the trip. The property is gorgeous and dogs had a blast. Cabin was clean and well stocked. The screened in porch is amazing! We enjoyed our time at the house so much. My only suggestions for improvement, and mind you, I’m still giving 5 stars for everything, is to have one of the king beds not be memory foam/squishy, for us older folk with back issues or stomach sleepers. And, consider replacing the small main couch. None of this bothered us to any degree. I simply can’t sleep on memory foam well. Thanks to Paul for his amazing hospitality and to Ricky and team for a super clean cabin! We hope to return later this summer!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024My family and I rented this cabin for a long weekend and it was the perfect getaway. The cabin feels secluded and is set back from the road so our child and dog could play in the creek without worry. There are acres of trails to explore and the sounds of nature were so peaceful. Trips into Boone were easy and we had a great time. Would absolutely rent again.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Easy checkin and communication. Beautiful property with small waterfall. Saw momma deer and fawn, turkey and fed the trout in the pond. We loved this and would definitely go back.
