Stayed Jun 5, 2026My stay was okay. There is air conditioning, but it is window units. Everything was there the listing stated which was appreciated. The cleanliness was my issue. I understand it's a cabin in the woods but when I arrive there was garbage in both garbage cans. This makes me think it wasn't throughly cleaned prior to my arrival. As I walk through the house I find a dead roach and one dead wasp and one of each still alive. I reached out to the host with no response on that. I did have a problem with the coffee pot that was addressed in a timely manner. My first night there I did see a snake. I took a picture and googled it. It said it was a water snake. I saw it again on my 3rd night and got a better picture. I googled it again and it is a Copperhead! Be aware! It's living under the house on the corner. It's next to the garbage can and right by where you have to walk in and out of the house! Be careful if you're traveling with pets or children. Wouldn't stay here again...

Stayed Oct 6, 2025This was a perfect cabin for our last minute fall break getaway. I have a senior dog and the accessibility was perfect. The location was private and still close enough for a scenic drive to tourist spots.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to celebrate our 22nd anniversary! Was so cute and loved the older aesthetics mixed in with the cute cabin decor! We will def be back and the best part was that our golden retriever got to live her best life with the pond out back!!!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025My bf and our two dogs came to stay for the weekend for a much needed and overdue couple's weekend. The cabin is beautiful and clean. We had a blast fishing in the pond. The stars were beautiful at night. There was also a handy Little Bear Cabin folder with a list of local shops near by and we had a great time exploring the town. There was also a number on the fridge for firewood that could be delivered. We will definitely be back.
