We've stayed at this cabin twice (summer and fall), and we absolutely loved it both times. The wall of windows affords an exceptional view of the Sandy River. The cabin is squeaky clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub is roomy and steamy. We hope to return soon.

Home was well appointed, very clean and in a beautiful location.

Perfect location to visit the Mount Hood area. The home was well equipment with everything we needed for our stay. The king bed was extremely comfortable. We made use of the hot tub after long hikes and thoroughly enjoyed the sounds coming from the river. The woodwork and attention to detail in the home did not go unnoticed. We own a cabin in Georgia and I was experiencing wood envy! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us.

This was a great cabin with a beautiful spot on the river. We loved how close the river was, we loved having the door open so we could hear the water, and the cabin was perfect for what we were looking for.

Wildwood River Cabin is so perfect. Clean, right by the river, quiet, efficient equipment, well stocked.

Overall this is an A house nestled on the Sandy River. Quiet atmosphere and the house fully complemented. Close to Farmers Market in Welches and our favorite BBQ at Skyway Bar & Grill. Don’t miss the opportunity to see the Saturday concert at Skyway as well. Close to the network of trails along the Salmon River an area preserved by enactment for a great wilderness experience. We enjoyed a fine glass of local wine and sat by the river edge. We grilled and cooked in the well supplied kitchen. Would recommend this home to anyone. Bought a wooden bear from Gallery at Alder Creek near Sandy OR. Not far from the cabin and the artist Mike Schmidt was amazing.

We love the Wildwood Riverfront Cabin; it is so beautiful and natural. We enjoyed taking walks, playing croquet, horseshoes, and indoor games. Thankfully we saw a mother deer and her fawn, and lots of other sweet wildlife.I can still hear the rushing water of the Sandy River & look forward to returning again in the not too distant future!

Everything about the property was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the river. I loved listening to the river as I did yoga every morning. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The home was very clean and well designed. The setting is private with lots of trees and is quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect place to rejuvenate. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the living room was cozy and comfortable with a river view. I highly recommend this property for rest and relaxation.

The curb appeal when arriving at the property does nothing for how delightful this property is. The view to the river in the back is just as the listing picture promises. The beds were a little soft, and be sure you read checkout expectations, but we enjoyed our stay while visiting Mount Hood. There were a few coffee shops we enjoyed during our stay. This cabin is directly on the river. It is very peaceful and in a good location to visit Mt Hood and also Trillium lake. We enjoyed our stay. The dirt road to it is a little rough but it is only a short drive. Wish the full bathroom was more accessible to the second bedroom without disturbing the master bedroom occupants. Our visit was great and highly recommend.

This was the perfect getaway for a relaxing weekend! The area was nice and private with amazing views! The cabin was well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and everything we needed! Our Host Lili was very generous when we ran into an issue while arriving! We definitely look forward to staying there again! Thank you for having us!

This cabin was the best we have ever stayed in. The minute we arrived, we felt very relaxed and happy! The view of the river from the living room was the best part for us. The hot tub was lovely and very clean. Everything was clean and tidy. They even had extra ammentities. Anytime we thought oh we forgot this, or that! They had it! Close to stores and restaurants and the mountain too. It was so quiet and very secluded. Not one person bothered us during our stay. We had the best 4 nights and didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back in the future!

Clean, bright, light, and special is the Wildwood Cabin. The site could not be better. The kitchen and appliances in the entire house work and all cooking needs accommodated. Great and efficient heating and cooling unit. The road to get to the cabin is easy to find, but when you do, watch out for huge holes in the road. They need to fix this.

This place is perfect for a romantic getaway, a girls weekend, or a nice solo moment. The house is well stocked and always clean. The hot tub is very private and perfectly located with views of the river. We have been here twice already and will be repeat customers for a long time!

10/10 all the way! My partner picked this place for our anniversary — I gave him just 3 criteria: king bed, hot tub, fire pit; he added his own 4th criteria of a BBQ — and he REALLY delivered!! I was blown away when we got there; I already knew it was going to be beautiful, but the pics did NOT do it justice at all! The property is gorgeous… yes, the walking path is there, but I really think the amount of traffic it gets just depends on the season; we were there for a rainy February weekend, so not much at all. Though we did plan to go and unplug, we found ourselves wanting to watch a movie while we had some ribs smoking on the BBQ, and that’s where we messed up — we didn’t bring any laptops or streaming devices!! But the cabin has basic cable available (we were definitely taken back in time for that one!) and a DVD player with a choice of about 10 very different DVDs, which really just added to its charm. We also really enjoyed the little shopping center up the road with the amazing Mexican restaurant.last but not least, I really appreciated Kiki’s communication and kindness. We will definitely be booking this cabin again :)

The host was above and beyond, she was super helpful on finding the place and making sure we were taking care of. The cabin felt like home as sure as we walked in. The view from the living room was beautiful and even better from the hot tub. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again for such an incredible trip. Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Very comfy cozy cabin with neighboring houses visible, but felt private enough. Side windows in living room could use some coverings, but wast a big deal. The fireplace made the evening vibe even better!

The cabin interior is nicely configured for comfort and convenience. The river view and trail were really lovely. Kitchen well-equipped. Comfortable beds. Be prepared to dodge potholes in the road to get to this wonderful destination. Very quick response to a minor maintenac

We came out to the mountain for my husband’s birthday with some friends. This cabin was perfect! Very cozy with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub. The hot tub was clean and really relaxing. It is separate from the house so you feel like you’re alone in the woods. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay over New Years in the cabin. It was cozy with extra blankets and comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for cooking and it was only 20 minutes to skiing and sledding. The cabin is extremely quiet with only hearing the river at night. The hot tub at night in the woods was so relaxing! We hope to come again.

Absolutely beautiful escape. Listening to the river with a crackling wood fire going, or soaking in the hot tub that over looks the wooded expanse leading to the river views, surrounded by the sounds of nature provided an absolutely needed recharge. Everything I needed was available, the communication from the host was fantastic, the store was conveniently located, and I will definitely be coming back.

Everything was great. The only thing is check out procedures seemed a tad excessive. We felt like we weren’t sure if we should take showers or use hand towels because we were trying to have all towels and linens cleaned before we left in the morning as per the instructions and it caused our morning to feel a little hectic.

This is my 3rd year in a row renting this cozy little cabin, and I’m ready to book the 4th. It has everything I want, and nothing extra. Impeccably clean house and hot tub. Make sure you open the sliding door and let the sound of the river wash over you.

This place was beautiful and the town was lovely. I don't think it could have been better. The kitchen was very well stocked and the view made the trip worth it. Super cozy and i love the wood cabin vibe.

Everything was fine. The neighborhood is dark. Arrive in daylight if possible. Bear right at the “SLOW” sign, even in your GPS says left. Comfortable for three people. We were there for a wedding. Beds are comfortable. Place is clean.

The view and sounds of the river that can be enjoyed from the living room of this cabin are the best part of this cabin and make the stay worth it if you don’t mind having neighbors. Overall, we enjoyed our 4-day, 3-night stay and are glad we booked. Though there are some key things I wish I would have known before doing so: -Though the title of this listing currently states this is a secluded cabin, it isn’t and that was one of the two main features I looked to when deciding to book. It is located in a sort of gravel-road cabin subdivision and has neighbors on either side of it. Unfortunately, during our stay, the neighbors and/or their guests were outside and loud throughout the day and late into the night, not to mention visible from the living room. Also, there is a trail in the backyard, between the cabin and the river, which the neighbors made use of throughout our stay. So, being in the hot tub or being in the living room weren’t the most private of experiences. -The bed was quite uncomfortable as were the bed linens which were not cotton but polyester or the like. The springs of the bed were worn-feeling and likely needing replacing. I had trouble sleeping throughout my stay. Pros: -As mentioned, the natural setting was great! Hearing and seeing the river from the couch was pretty magical. -The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. -The cabin was very clean! -Easy to access from the highway and close enough to town, should you be missing any essentials

My husband and I found this cabin to be so cozy and comfortable. The cabin was so clean. The hot tub was fantastic after long day hikes, and even better after cold plunges in the river. We were so happy to find the bed to be very comfortable for these older bodies. It definitely felt like a home away from home!!
