The cabin is conveniently located between Blowing Rock and Boone, North Carolina (near Appalachian Ski Mountain), in a lovely mountainous setting surrounded by beautiful trees and native plantings. You'll feel secluded but at the same time close to everything. We hope you enjoy your time in the High Country and at our cabin.

Kick back in front of a stone fireplace or take in the mountain sceneryfrom one of the three decks. This cabin has it all! Local attractions include the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Ski Mountain (plus others) and Tweetsie Railroad. You are sure to enjoy your stay in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.

Alpine Escape is located conveniently off 321 between Blowing Rock and Boone. Access to the Blue Ridge Parkway is 3 miles from our cabin. The towns of Blowing Rock, NC and Boone, NC are each within easy driving distance. The cabin features a paved entry and private driveway for easy accessibility, however 4WD is highly recommended in the winter. Alpine Escape is very kid-friendly.
