Nice place to stay. Overall a great experience. Comfortable beds and furniture. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils/pans/etc. Missing a few minor things (paper towels, kitchen towels) but not a huge deal. Would stay here again.

We loved it!! It's a beautiful home/cabin. The views are amazing out every window, especially if you come in the fall with the leaves changing and gently falling. We saw a family of turkeys every morning and evening. Rode bikes (our own )from the cabin down the trail in front of bridal falls, you can go all the way down to the gas station in Provo for an all down hill ride, (if you leave a vehicle there to pick everyone up.)The beds were clean and comfortable. Even a pack-n-play. The window blinds can block out light, so if you or your baby love/need to sleep in darkness you can. Yes, the counters were TALL, but how unique, especially when you realize why they are that way...its not every night you get to live in the shadow of an NBA player. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and cook our meals. Every night we played games with the family, there was plenty of room for that (bring your own games). There are quiet places all over the house to chill and read, including the amazing backyard! The river, the trees, the firepit with plenty of seating around it(gas fire), the hot tub❤️. (We did do the polar plunge🥶...hot tub then river then hot tub) Everything was ready for us to use. There are more towels for the hot tub in the closet with the washer and dryer. There's also a full table & chairs outside. There is a steam shower in one of the bathrooms...I forgot to try it out😲 ...I guess I'll have to come back!!

Our contact - Lowell was very helpful. As far as the house, it was well appointed and in a great location by a stream. We had 4 adults over 65 and while the stairs did not bother us, we all agreed that the house description should include info that all bedrooms are 3 flights up. If that info is already included, we missed it so maybe write the description a little differently.

This was a great house that was so fantastically designed with its architecture lending to peeks of the mountains no matter where you wander within the home. It was well appointed with comfortable amenities throughout. We had a bit of an issue with the gate getting into the neighborhood but the host was responsive and very friendly. The counters throughout the kitchen and bathrooms are as tall as everyone has noted yet there are stools to assist with this (just something to be aware of before booking). Overall, we loved the setting and for us, it was in a great location to explore Utah.

The treehouse cabin is amazing! When we got there it was so beautiful and very clean, fully stocked with utilities plates bowls shower products and more! The backyard is beyond gorgeous and the fireplace is perfect, The “therapist couch” by the window is a perfect nap spot and the hot tub is the perfect place to warm up after a cool dip in the river. I love this place so much and will for sure be back!

Beautiful quiet and clean home. Firepit and creekside setting is very peaceful despite a few mosquitoes. The views of the surrounding canyon and mountains are dramatic via the large and very prevalent windows. Kids loved sleeping in the loft.I'm tall so the extra high counters in the kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful, but if you're average or below average height they may be hard to navigate.

We had such a great time at the Treehouse in Vivian Park. It was quiet, clean, and in a beautiful spot right by the river. We had a great time at the tree house cabin this week. Boys had lots of areas to trout fish and plenty of trails for hiking. The cabin was well stocked with essential supplies. (Atypical of many VRBOs) The hot tub alongside the stream and basketball hoop were our favorites.

This house was absolutely amazing! The host checked in with us and was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay. The home itself was spotless, with super comfortable beds and a very well-stocked kitchen—everything we needed to cook was right there. One of our favorite features was the pebble ice maker—such a nice touch! It was incredibly relaxing to sit in the living room and take in the beautiful view of the river. Our family had an absolute blast doing the “polar plunge” — hopping from the hot tub into the cold river and back again. The house is tucked away in a gorgeous, peaceful neighborhood with a lovely park at the entrance. The basketball goal in the driveway was a big hit—it’s an adjustable, high-quality setup that was perfect for all ages, who spent hours playing. The backyard had everything we needed for a great time outdoors: the grill worked well, and the fire pit was perfect for making s’mores and keeping warm while we listened to the sounds of the river.I’ve stayed at many properties, and this one felt especially safe, peaceful, and well-cared-for. We would absolutely stay here again!

Staying here was such a wonderful experience! The home is about 30 minutes from Salt Lake City but very close to the Provo city markets and shops. Nestled in the mountains about 7minutes from the nearest store, this cute 3-story home was all of cute, cozy and luxurious. The back yard stream, fire pit, jacuzzi, steam shower, gas grill and local streams were all therapeutic possibilities. Yes the sinks and counters are all tall, which we loved because we are a tall family (5’6-6’0). There are stools for shorter folks. The owner was very responsive to making sure our experience was fantastic which made this experience top notch!

Property needs to have address over garage and outside lights not working. Very difficult to find in the dark with no address. Property discription should include that kitchen and bathroom countertops are chest high.

We came from Oklahoma for a BYU football game and made a weekend of it. This spot was 15 minutes from lots of great food options. And we found many fantastic hiking trails. The best we did was by Big Springs Park - the 4 mile loop was beautiful!

The home is in an older neighborhood but is fairly well updated with all needed amenities. Entry was by code into the garage but would have been more convenient if a garage door opener was provided. The countertops in kitchen and baths are extremely tall. Stools were provided which helped shorter folks access sinks, etc. Not too big of a deal but we also did not cook in, other than making sandwiches. The patio area is right off the Provo river which is very relaxing and also has a hot tub and fire pit. We didn't utilize this space but if we'd have stayed longer this would have been a nice area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings.

This home was great for our stay -- both upstairs bedrooms had private baths, comfy beds (our room was so quiet and restful that we slept later than we have in years), lots of places to enjoy some time away from others if needed, well stocked kitchen, responsive owner -- but the highlight for us was the back patio next to the brook. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this property to all.

We stayed at this location for 3 night in August. It was very clean and modern. The great location within Provo Canyon was within a couple miles of family parks as well as Bridal Veil Falls. My 5 year old loved the stream in the backyard, and the fire pit. There was also a hot tub we unfortunately didn’t have the time to use.

This home is located in Provo Canyon, with beautiful Mountain views and a creek running right through the backyard. My kids loved splashing in the cool water, the backyard is a very peaceful place with the big green trees and sounds of birds chirping and the creek water flowing. We made use of the BBQ and firepit for s’mores a couple of nights, there is a hot tub too but we never used it since it was so warm outside. The inside of the home is clean and spacious - it’s bigger than it looks from the outside. I loved the views of the mountains and trees, it really does feel like you’re in a tall treehouse. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the nugget ice machine. The only quirky thing about the house is that the counter heights are very tall, but there are step stools in the kitchen and bathrooms to help shorties reach the sinks/cupboards. We loved the location, walking distance to Victoria Park (two other beautiful parks are a short drive up the road), a few minutes from Bridal Veil Falls, less than 10 minutes to Sundance, and only about 45 minutes to Park City where we rode the Mountain Coaster (such a thrill)!
