A small two bedroom cabin located on a private island. The perfect get-a-way! Includes your own private outdoor fire pit area, interior fireplace & a spectacular view leading out of Spring Bay into Head-O-Lakes Bay on the west end of Lake Vermilion.

**BOAT & PONTOON RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE....DON'T FORGET TO ASK HOW!!!!! They come fully equipped for fishing with bow mount trolling motors, depth finders, pedestal seats, life jackets, bait buckets, landing nets....and much more!

FISHING GUIDE SERVICE AVAILABLE!!

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 9am. Please respect these times.

This is a private rental but has the luxury of using Spring Bay Resort's amenities at any time you wish. They offer a fish house for cleaning after a great catch or grabbing bait or when it is needed. They have a great store located in the office with all different types of tackle they you may need depending upon what you are fishing for. Advice is always available!!

Also they have a nice sand beach with the following amenities: lounge chairs, sitting chairs, beach/sand toys, water sports equipment, paddle boards, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks & hydro-bikes.

***RENTAL AGREEMENT***

All rates are subject to 7.375% sales tax and 3% lodging tax.
A standard VRBO deposit is required (They calculate)

You will be expected to pay for the time you reserved whether you stay the entire time or not.
Deposits are refundable only upon 60 days advanced written notice of cancellation.

No reservation will be confirmed without a deposit.


Additional guests are $25/day or $100/week.
The daily rate is 1/5 of the weekly rate.
A minimum stay of 3 days is requested.

Pet Policy
$10 per pet per day...must be pre-approved...size limits and quantity must be approved before check-in...In consideration of our other guests, we require a $200 deposit which will be paid back one week after your cabin is cleaned/inspected by cleaning staff. Excellent boarding services are available in Cook. Please call us and we will be happy to provide you with complete information. Please be respectful to our pet policy.


BOAT/PONTOON RENTAL:
We offer fully equipped fishing boats that are perfect for any family or angler. Fishing boat rentals available (fully equipped for fishing).
We also have pontoon boats available or rental.
