Poolside Escape - Luxurious Home w/Private Pool

Great house, Reccomend!

Poolside Escape met our needs for fun times in the Game Room, easy access to the downtown area and plenty of space for everyone.

Great property! Listing was accurate and home was very comfortable. The hot tub decided to not work but the owners were quick to respond with an electrician to address the problem. I would definitely book again.

Nice property. Only three of the six sleeping areas have privacy.

Poolside escape was located close to everything in Helen- the house is a little dated with beds that need to be changed out and they need some essential items for the kitchen (can opener, knives etc. )while the description says they furnish pool towels they will only furnish 7 so if you are bring more folks than that be prepared. The pool was large and our family enjoyed that everyday of our stay, the hot tub needed some work as the water was green the entire time of our stay. While this property didn’t offer or have everything I would have wanted it was a nice place overall and I would go back.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The house was the perfect size for our group of 14. We had a couple minor issues but nothing that would keep us from staying again!

The pool was the main issue. It was not clean when we arrived. When I called about the cleanliness of the pool I was told that they had cleaned it the day before. It was not it was dirty when we arrived.

Very spacious hideaway for family and friends (8 adults/6kids)! The pool and hot tub were amazing and had lounge chairs, multiple table and seating areas with umbrellas, floaties for all ages, and plenty of towels. House had many rooms and bed options, but one twin bed (designated for a bedroom but not in the room stated on website) was a folding cot (however very fluffy and comfy). Some rooms lacked side tables and places for clothing. They did provide shower toiletries. Pool table and supplies were great. Kitchen, living room, dining room were big. 1 roll of paper towels only but dishsoap/sponge were there. Grill half propane/charcoal fairly new. Firepit area was very nice. Plenty of parking for 5 cars . House is hidden away from neighbors (private and quiet). Drive to Helen downtown was 5 minutes. The pictures made the house look new, but it is an older house. Main house has that old smell, but Guesthouse did not. Nothing was moldy, maybe the antique furnishings contributed to the smell. It didn't effect my stay. Everything was very clean and in working condition. It is an amazing house and would come back next time!

The house accommodated the family gathering with plenty of space between rooms for activities and sleep. Unfortunately the hot tub, part of why this house was selected, was not kept and the randirty and

The house was the perfect basecamp for our stay in Helen, there is plenty of room for families and kids and the pool and hot tub made the stay even better. The house was clean and accommodating and very short distance from town. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

This property was ALL THAT and a bag of chips. Loved the space! The pool was wonderful. The cleanliness was superb. I love the fact that we had enough towels, and separate towels for the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with the proper utensils (minus a spatula), and pots and pans sufficient for cooking for the large size family. Beds were oh so comfortable. More blankets would’ve been nice. TV streaming services need to be upgraded to maybe Roku on all tvs.

Best pick for staying in Helen. The pool was a huge plus. Perfect location.

Pool was fun and we loved the location. The internet was a bit spotty in some places but we weren't there for technology. We were all able to unwind and enjoy being outside.

We rented this house expecting some family to come stay with us, but it ended up just our family of five. It was very spacious, & the pool & hot tub were a lot of fun. We liked the seclusion, yet the proximity to town.

The home suited us perfectly. We had a wonderful time.

The house was perfect and very big plenty of room for my grandkids to run around and play. There were a couple of dead cockroaches other than that the home was very clean. The furniture and decor in the home is somewhat dated, but it was nice not to have to worry about our grandkids breaking anything. The pool was very clean, beautiful and awesome thing to have the kids really enjoyed it as did all of our family members. We had a great time and would stay there again.
