Perfect spot for fishing the White River/Small cabin sleeps 2-4/1 Bdrm with loft

We had a great stay in this quaint little cabin. We had a welcome gift of fresh chicken eggs that made for some tasty breakfasts, great touch. So glad we made the choice to stay here rather than a hotel. Communication was open and clear. Watching the fish jump out of the water, the hawks and eagle flying over the River was awesome to see. 💕

Very nice place right by the river. My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our time here. The fishing was very good too.

It was a great stay. It was beautiful and so peaceful, the pictures don’t do it justice. Check in process/general instructions were easy to follow. Definitely recommend.

Great river access and just what we were looking for.

We went to try our hand at trout fishing and I can say this place DID NOT disappoint! We caught rainbow trout and brown trout right in front of the cabin. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. We WILL be coming back!!

Completely welcoming host. The amenities are wonderful, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. This was our second year staying at this house and we have loved both of our stays. Highly recommended.

Cabin is very comfortable. No issues Enjoyed it. Able to accomplish the business I needed to do in peel. Could use a rail to get down steps. To water edge. Appreciate the the lodging. Fresh eggs nice. Have forwarded to others and will rent again. Had a little issue with fireplace knob. But probably did it wrong.

Terrible cabin Not Clean, Broken toilet seat, Loose faucets. Gas fireplace did not work. Toasters not cleaned, cookware worn. Amenities are old and worn out!. Window AC/Heat unit needs filters cleaned and changed. The owners living next door and it appears they do very little to maintain this cabin.

From the water access to the scenery to the little touches like farm fresh eggs in the fridge, all this and more made our stay fantastic.

The cabin was wonderful it felt like we were in our own little paradise. We could not ask for better host and service. It was a streamline process to book, stay, and check out. They provided all instructions and things we would need for our stay. The location of the cabin was exceptional it was right on the river where we could fish from the bank and right down the street from Cranor’s Fishing Lodge where we booked a fishing guide one of the days. We couldn’t recommend this cabin enough for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing get away on the White River.

We stay here every fall for several years and always injoyed our stay. Good location very quiet and scenic.

Pretty area, nice little cabin, perfect spot by the river. Stairway up to loft not user friendly for adults! We used the living room couch to sleep instead. Overall, great place to vacation.

Perfect place to stay if you enjoy the White river. You can fish just out the back door or or book a fishing trip with Cranor’s lodge which is just down the road.

The floor windows on both sides of fireplace was the best feature. Sitting on couch reading and looking out those infinity pool like windows was the best medicine for any ailment!! The fresh eggs left for me by the chickens next door was a pleasant surprise that went excellent over my birthday steak breakfast!Never was one to go to same place twice but if im around long enough definitely booking another stay!

I loved my stay here. It was perfect for me and my dog. It was so relaxing to sit in front of the window and watch the boats go up and down the river. I saw deer, squirrels, chickens and ducks. Hope to stay again sometime.

Beautiful setting and nice VRBO

We loved the vibrant birdlife - bald eagles, pileated and red-headed woodpeckers, great blue heron and more - all visible from the couch or the deck.

This cabin is right on the White River and absolutely beautiful! You can watch the river from inside out the many windows! The interior is beautiful and clean and everything you need is there including Wi-fi and movies and games. The animals around the area are stunning! Deer, baby deer, chipmunks, ducks, chickens, woodpeckers, and we even saw a bald eagle! The hosts are very and their homestead is amazing! You will not go wrong booking a stay here!

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for! We enjoyed the excellent view of the river from the porch and fishing right at the shoreline of the cabin. We had a perfect relaxing week!

Great location on the river and excellent hosts. Very quiet but located conveniently so that you can still get to nearby towns for any necessities. Would highly recommend this rental.

Our stay was great. Unfortunately the mattress is so broken down I was unable to sleep in the bed. Had to sleep on the couch. Stayed here 2 years ago same problem, same mattress. Otherwise everything else was good.

This was our 2nd time to visit this cabin, and we really love the location, quietness, shade, river view, coziness, it just checks all the boxes for a great getaway to relax and fish. Be prepared to rent a boat or take a guide. Cranor's is a short stroll down the road and they are excellent.

Beautiful Relaxing Location & Cabin right on the White River. If you came to Fish or just relax its the perfect place. Great hosts also very accommodating and they provided us with fresh eggs.

We escaped our busy professional lives with a weekend stay at this little cabin and we are so glad we did. Everything about the cabin, the property, was absolutely perfect and was exactly what we needed. The fact they are dog friendly, made staying here even more of a no brainer and I know our dog Jag really enjoyed laying out on the grassy bank and watching Dad try to catch some fish (caught two rainbows). The farm fresh eggs was an incredible touch and we enjoyed those with some steaks from a meat market over in Mountain Home. Thanks for having us and I thoroughly look forward to coming back.

Much thought has been put into the design of this property. Only thought would be to consider the value of putting a railing on the steps to the river. Really great value.

What a great stay and just what my wife and I needed. We spent most of our trip watching the river flow by from the deck while catching the occasional bald eagle. The house was clean and functional while the owners were amazing! They answered every question we had and surprised us with a special treat.

This little cabin was perfect! Loved the closeness to the river Loved the firepit and everything was so clean and the owner was so accommodating and right next door

We needed to get away and just recharge. This was a great place, we were able to bring grandkids for the day and spend time with them. Also we were able to come back to a nice quiet place after exploring all day.

We had to bounce a day early to get back to Michigan due to the snow storm. We have been coming to Arkansas for 4 years now, this being our first stay at your cabin. Never heard quiet like this. Only nature sounds. Bald eagles, great blue herons, owls, singing crickets. The unit was well equipped, clean and modern. Hire a guide for great fishing and you won’t be disappointed!

a fun stay at this cozy cabin. very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice view of the river and mountains. We thought we could fish right in front of our cabin but it was shallow and had to walk out a ways to get into deeper water. Communication with owner was very good. would come back again.

My husband and I were down in the area for a funeral and decided to extend our stay for a little getaway. We absolutely loved this place! It is quiet, the view of the river is perfect, and the accomodations and cabin are very comfortable and clean. The owner greeted us upon arrival, she was very nice and non obtrusive during our stay. We're not fishermen, but saw people fishing in and on the river...so if you fish, you'd enjoy this, too! Loved, loved, loved it and we will return next time we find ourselves in that area!

The cabin was great, right on the river! We enjoyed watching the river rise and fall based on the dam releases. My 9-year-old grandson enjoy his first time fly fishing, including right in front of the cabin.

This was in a beautiful location, with access directly to the river. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for, even though we were outside most of the time. Highly recommend this place for relaxtion and trout fishing!
