This was SO beautiful and such a fun place to stay! Communication was quick and description should have included about 1092875 more exclamation points to let us know just HOW AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL this property was! Clean, organized, included everything we could have needed to cook. Much appreciated charging cords, fans and sound machine already set up so we could fall into bed!

Ugh, the property manager's poor customer service really made my vacation unpleasant. As for the place, it was high in novelty and low in comfort and felt really overpriced. The door was in poor repair and was frustrating to try to use. There is no comfortable place to sit provided. Rather than putting in a chair or sofa, they created a weird, very high padded bench with a hard wood edge that hurts every time you climb up and down from it. There is very little privacy on the property. You're crammed in there with other units and I could hear other people talking and moving around throughout my stay. As I said, the customer service was bad. There was an issue with running my credit card. Rather than giving me the benefit of the doubt and contacting me in a professional manner, they called me and left a very rude voicemail demanding that I provide a new payment method immediately. They treated me as if I was trying to scam them. They called my card number invalid. It is a valid credit card; vrbo had no issue collecting their fee using the credit card. As I'm sure the property manager knows, it is common for banks to decline purchases that are large or unusual for the purchaser until they are able to confirm with the purchaser. I called my bank after and they told me that this was in fact what happened. Good customer service is easy as long as everything goes right. The test is when things don't go to plan, and here the property manager really failed.

This was exactly what we wanted! Host was responsive and accommodating, and the treehouse was cozy and perfect. Would stay again!

Simply magical! It was so much better than we could have expected and wish we would’ve stayed longer!

We loveddd our stay in the small perch treehouse! There are so many sweet details that caught our eye, from the old games to the robes to the cozy mugs. The view from the balcony was incredible, we felt so close to the cliffs and water view! The bathroom is downstairs but it was clean and convenient, and felt a bit like camping. We are already telling people about the space, and can't wait to come back again ourselves.

The treehouse was so fun, but it was the little details that made it special! From the sauna to the towel warmer we loved our stay!

It was a overall beautiful place, stunning veiws and cottagecore romantic settings everywhere. Make sure tou can drive arpund and see the town. The whole place was stocked and beautiful. It was the perfect place for me to make that magical setting to propose to my now fiance of 6 years. Thank you so much for this amazing stay!

The views where amazing, the unit itself is not. The pictures display a large treehouse and they have split it into two units. One much larger than the one we stayed in. The Perch is maybe 150 square feet with 100 on the main level and maybe 50 up a very steep ladder to a landing that doesn't have much headroom to where the bed is. There is zero running water to this unit, the one next door has a full bathroom and kitchen area. The Perch DOES NOT. It had a tiny outdoor coldwater sink not big enough to wash dishes. The bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs meaning you have to climb down a ladder from the bed to steep stairs down to the bathroom. The main living space is very cramped and there is nowhere to put your luggage unless you want to take up the couch/single bed area that is really the only place to sit. The location is accessed through a neighborhood with houses right next to the property that you can see from the deck of the treehouse. NO PRIVACY. There are not curtains on all the windows and and as soon as we got there, a family was getting into the wood burning hot tub directly in front of your windows. We are on our honeymoon and the treehouse did not live up to the promise of seclusion. We left the property a day early and the told the host but she (Beverly) did nothing to remedy the situation. I paid $2080 for three night and a romance package for the property it was rip-off.

This treehouse was a really nice stay for our daughter and her new husband! They loved how cute it was and the location was really beautiful. When we originally booked the stay a while back, we did not know that the property was shared outside. I think the listing reflects that more now. There were some issues with the door locking from the inside, but other than that, they had a great stay!
