Peaceful Purlear Vacation Rental w/ Creek Access!

We had a lovely time at this cabin. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of extras like spices, condiments, and coffee/tea. The beds were extremely comfortable - even the pull down bed kept our 6'2 teenager happy. We enjoyed watching deer and other wildlife from the porch every evening and sunrise. My only suggestion would be to add the network name to the instructions and change the wifi password to be easier to enter. We will definitely consider this cabin again if we are in the area.

The home was beautiful & so well kept. It was the perfect set up for my mom, my husband & I. We were there to celebrate my mom’s 71st birthday. The cabin had all the necessities. The host was easy to reach. We visited local attractions, enjoyed dining in nearby towns & attended the Brushy Mountain Apple Festival. We waded in the creek, watched the deer come to water each morning for a drink & watched them gaze in the field during the evening. We sat on the porch & slept with the windows open to listen to the peaceful stream at night. We truly didn’t want to leave & Hope to return to this area again someday.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Purlear house. The house was very clean and new. We were there to relax so we didn't look around the surrounding area. The kitchen had all the utensils and pans that we needed. Kerry was a pleasure to work with and answered all questions very quickly. Check in was a breeze and her directions to the house were perfect. It was very relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the creek. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a peaceful retreat. The cabin is charming and cozy, with just the right blend of rustic and modern.The setting is absolutely stunning—the creek adds a lovely, soothing sound, and the natural beauty around the cabin is perfect for getting back to nature. We spent our days creekside with our kids and our evenings relaxing by the fire pit under the stars.The hosts were fantastic—friendly, helpful, very responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The little touches, like a well-stocked kitchen and handmade soaps in the bath, made our stay even better.If you’re looking for a serene escape in nature, this cabin is a fantastic choice. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

This property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family get away. Our two boys loved playing in the creek, watching the deer and turkey, and making smores over the fire. We hope to return soon.

The only noise you'll hear is the water running in the small river from the front deck! The place was spotless and everything worked as advertised. We had a few deer and turkey as visitors in the field. Beautiful scenery.

Everything about my 2 night stay in this cabin exceeded my expectations! The cabin is incredible inside with lovely modern touches and everything you could possibly need during your stay. I was surprised at how spacious the cabin is while maintaining a cozy feeling. The bed was beyond comfortable and every inch of the cabin was immaculately clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the sound of the creek and seeing deer and very large birds so close by. Really can't say enough good things! I can't wait to return!

My family and I had a fantastic time during our stay here. The location is serene with a creek located nearby, and we kept cozy using the convenient indoor fireplace. The host was excellent at communication. The addition of small, useful amenities was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!
