We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. The game room, hot tub and fire pit made our stay. Great lay out with plenty of room for everyone. Contact with the host was quick and helpful. Highly recommend!!
The cabin was very clean and perfect!! Great views and a lot of space for a large family. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here.
The cabin looks very new and was spotless. We used the hottub a lot and it had great mountain views. We also used the fire pit quite a bit. Bring wood if you can. We spent about $150 on firewood from local stores. We also used tge pool table every night. Great game room! There is a raptor center across the street. You need to make reservations to visit it about 4 months in advance but it looks like it would be worth the visit. Will definitely be back.
We loved the space in this house. The wrap around porch was excellent. The game room and hot tub were a bonus. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions
This property was perfect, everything in good order, house was beautiful, lots to do, nice fire pit for weiners or s'mores, my family enjoyed the hot tub and game room, Lots of extra necessities. We will be back! Owner was a pleasure to work with
My family and another (5 kids ages 8-15) were on our way to the Outer Banks and decided to spend 4 nights in the countryside before we hit the beach for a week. We had a great stay! It was very clean and Sam, the owner, was great to work with and extremely helpful and responsive with his communication. There's some cool stuff to do in the surrounding towns and Luray is great! The caverns were very cool and the kids had a blast in the garden maze and ropes adventure course. There's some great hiking nearby in Shenandoah National Park; we did the Little Stony Man Loop via Appalachian Trail which was excellent! Overall, great trip and would definitely stay here again next time we're in the area!
Beautiful Cabin and very well maintained! Host was very gracious to have almost everything which you can think of for a relaxing vacation. We stayed for 2 nights with our extended family and there was something for all age groups to enjoy! Surroundings are peaceful! We look forward to booking again in near future... Thanks!
My husband and I were looking for a quiet cabin in the mountains to host a private wedding with close friends and family. This could have been the exact one from our dreams. Hidden among luscious trees, with generous space inside, fabulous wrap around deck with a comfortable hot tub and cozy fire pit, every feature was simply perfect in this little slice of paradise. Our parents really enjoyed the rocking chairs overlooking the mountains. The young children obsessed over the basement gameroom featuring foosball, airhockey, and even a classic arcade style pac-man console. The only drawback was the challenge of parking spaces and having enough room to allow the caterer through to the house along the gravel uphill driveway. But the homeowner was extremely accommodating, and we cannot recommend this place enough as the perfect mountain getaway. And it is just a short 15 minute drive to Luray and Shanendoah National Park with all the exploration and adventure to fill a holiday weekend. It was the perfect dreamy mountain wedding, and only wish we had more time to spend there.
