This place is such a gem... I hesitate to share it with anyone else! Impeccable comes to mind. The attention to detail is beyond. For us, it's absolutely perfect. Comfortable, quiet, close to restaurants and trails. Elk elk and more elk! We love this place. Don't come here. ;)

An excellent place to stay, will definitely return! The house is clean and decorated beautifully. It’s fully stocked with anything you may need and then some! There are sweet special touches everywhere you look. Quiet neighborhood, cozy beds, games, a beautiful back deck and close to town.

We have stayed at Palms to Pines numerous times, and every time we feel welcome the minute we walk in the door. Joe and Deb go above and beyond anything we have found at other VRBO's. The cabin is well decorated for the Christmas season and is very comfortable with all the amenities. You could not ask for betted hosts! Thank you.

Great accommodations and communication! Loved the apecial touches and generous extras as we celebrated a birthday in the pines. The owners thought of everything including “things you might have forgotten “ We highly recommend this cabin. Definitely a place that we will visit again.

I've stayed at this property many times and every time I leave I can't wait to go back! The hosts are amazing! The property is so comfortable and the hosts offer soooo many things that you don't necessarily remember when you are on vacation. I can't say enough about this property!

Our host was terrific and recognized our anniversary with an extra special welcome gift. We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities our host provided. It was definitely a 5-star experience, and we hope to stay here again in the future.

The location is wonderful! Plenty of walking and local attractions and friendly people around that make for a good time. The elk and deer are so cute! This host provides everything you could possibly imagine and more. If you're staying for more than a few days, bring body wash. Otherwise, you are so set! The extra touches and thoughtfulness were grand.

What a Lovely Retreat!!! We had such a nice time here as a family. Things we forgot...they'd already thought of it! Coming in to find flowers, snacks and essential toiletries was a bonus to an already amazing place!!We enjoyed the balcony the most...the trees, the views...the Elk!! Communication with the owners was Great!! They were so patient when we thought we might have to cancel after a medical emergency...then when I couldn't find information they had clearly provided. Lovely town, people and retreat...Thank You!!

This is one of the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. Beautiful location, we spent majority of our stay on the deck, where we were often surrounderd by elk, squirrels and chipmunks passing by. The house is beautiful and nicely stocked. They even have dog toys, dog bowls and a bunch of toys for humans- games;) The owners were prompt in communication. Super sweet too.Can't wait to come back.

Furnished and personalized propery is top notch. Even food, coffee, spices, condiments. Location perfect for a base to Fossil Creek, Water Wheel, many other adventures. Deb & Joe's communication is great. Will book in the future

An amazing property. Do not hesitate to book. Homey, comfy with thoughtful details. Deb is very communicative and will always answer your questions. Lots of wildlife, especially elk. We had the best time. Get a pizza at Old Country Inn. Wood fired and delicious.

We were so pleased with the accommodations. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We will definitely come back for another getaway.

The owners were amazing as well as property. They provided everything and much more. The decor was great, upgraded and super clean. Ive rented may vrbos and by far it was the best. We felt comfortable and very welcomed, like family. We will rent again, thank you again Deb for everything including my phone i forgot.

We travel 5-6 times per year, and have for the past 30 years, always staying in VRBO rentals. We’ve been to the Florida Keys all the way to Maine, across the US to the Great Lakes to the Northern Cascades and Washington Coast, down the Oregon and California coast, across to Big Bend and the bayous of Louisiana - all 48 of the lower US. This is by far the best cabin we have ever stayed. Lots of great hikes in the area, fabulous dining, beautiful landscape, and the special touch from the hosts made this our most memorable birthday trip we can remember. Dialing up the daily dose of elk was quite the encore. Everything was perfect. If you were to force me to make one suggestion, it would only be that these fine people don’t charge enough for what you receive. Thank you for making this cabin special and memorable.

The pictures of this cabin, do not do it justice! Beautiful cabin and the owners have thought of everything. It truly felt like a home. The silence and being surrounded by pines, was just the respite we needed. We had other vacation plans on the roster, but this cabin will be cutting in line. We can't wait for another stay.

I would have to say this is probably one of the most pleasant weekends I had with my fiancé. Our hosts were so kind and how they finally kept up the cabin but all the amenities. I would love to go back there again and visit and definitely look forward to staying there. While we were there, we had out come up to the backyard where we were sitting on the porch. Such a beautiful cabin, great hose and a rememberable weekend because of them. There’s not enough good things that I can say about how they spoil this in the days that we stay there. Not only is the property a perfect mountain get away, the hosts think of everything. Another wonderful experience.

From the moment we arrived, we felt the hosts efforts to make our stay extra special. From customized snacks/goodies/activities- even coloring book and crayon for our 3 year old and dog treats for our pups, we’ve truly never felt so cared for by VRBO hosts. They were communicative and understanding throughout the whole process. We’ve been previously mislead by another listing but this cabin was everything and more as it advertised. This is THE most equipped home you will ever stay in. If you forgot it- they most definitely have it. It is so clear they’ve earned their 5/5 stars and the 240 positive reviews are 100% accurate. *If traveling with small children, just pay close attention to listing and note that there is not an available bath- so showers only.* The visiting elk and deer made our snowless stay that much more magical. The town is full of really nice people and cute antique and wood shops. Check out the Honey Stand and THAT brewery! We will be back to check out this cabin again and I’m so excited to stay in this gorgeous place in the future. Thank you to these hosts for the special weekend for my family and I.

I can't say enough good things about Deb as a hostess! She thinks of all of the little touches that make you feel welcome. This was our second NYE at the cabin and she made it special! There was a welcome note on the door and once inside there was a plate full of Christmas candy. And best yet, two bottles of wine, bubbly, NYE beads, Champaign flutes and poppers! Wow! The place was decked out with Christmas decorations and it was fabulous! Deb has a great eye for decorating! The home is immaculate and the whole vibe of the cabin is warm and inviting. We're already looking forward to next NYE!

Great hosts and beautiful accommodations!

We were in town for a family wedding in Strawberry, AZ. I am so glad I found this cabin. It was beautifully decorated for fall and they had thought of everything. We arrived to a welcome with our names on the door, snacks and wine, and coffee ready for our stay. I appreciated the 'in case you forgot' toiletries, because I did forget a couple of things. I wish we had an excuse to come back to AZ so that we could stay here again. We also enjoyed seeing the elk wandering through the yard in the morning!

This was our 2nd time staying and one of our absolute favorites. The cabin was spotless and they have everything you need and everything you forgot. Deb was was the best host! We saw so many Elk which made is exciting for the kids. We will definitely be back!! elk which made it exciting for the kids.

This property is amazing. Everything was absolutely spotless. There’s nothing you could possibly be missing when you come there just bring clothes and food. The back deck is fantastic. At night you will hear the elk bugling and we saw one across the street The bed is comfortable, and I cannot say enough about the cleanliness. It is definitely somewhere I will come again They even have toys for the dog.
