On The Rocks - RRG - Hot Tub - WiFi - Private Pond

Very nice home. Loved the yard and pond.

There are many repairs needed. Dock has boards missing. The beds are in DESPERATE need to being replaced. The king bed alone would stop me from rebooking in the future. Fire alarms had batteries hanging from them. Not sure if they worked. Cleanliness was good.

The location was excellent. The Gorge Underground is just down the road. We really enjoyed the scenic drive and stopping at several locations with gorgeous views. I loved sipping coffee on the porch overlooking the pond each morning. I would stay here again and would recommend this cabin to friends.

Hot tub was great. Property was clean. Everything was as advertised. Had a great time, with easy access to Red River Gorge trails and activities. Would go back.

The property and house was beautiful. There are 3 floors with a bed on each floor and a bathroom on the first two floors. The hot tub is wonderful and relaxing with privacy from any traffic coming into the housing area. The house is located at the entrance to the housing community but the landscape offers privacy without distorting the beautiful view to the pond. There are plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen accessories to make your stay worry free to enjoy the local area and community. The floors do creek a bit, so if anyone is moving around in the night it can be heard. The cabin has plenty of board games to play, however the pool table is located on the bottom floor and close to walls making it hard to play. We loved our stay and would recommend this cabin.

Property was as listed.. very relaxing and peaceful. Only reason for a 4 star over a 5 star would be the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable and not sturdy at all. Other than that it was great.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the outdoor spaces in the home and the quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Bring fishing rods if you like to fish! My kids spent hours just fishing off the dock. The house is very close to the Gorge Underground and also to the Gorge hiking trails. I wish there would have been coffee provided but other than that the stay was relaxing. I will say if you have any mobility challenges, this house is not for you. There are two two sets of stairs and they are both very steep.

Beautiful and private, just what we were looking for. Plenty of spaces to entertain. We mostly used the downstairs and hot tub, perfect setting. Even though its by the main entrance to the neighborhood, there was very little traffic and still felt very private. Lovely decor, very comfy beds, and space for kids to not get on each others nerves. Would totally stay here again!

We were in Kentucky for a girls trip. Loved the cabin. It was in a great location for the hiking trails, kayaking....The host communication was great!

The boys loved it. They fished morning and night . 8 year old learned take his fish off . Mom and dad went too . And grandpa and Mamaw . We had fun just sitting and watching them fish . Beautiful place . Papaw retiring soon It’s are dream have a cabin and pond like yours .thanks for sharing. Wanda

Nice property located so close to many fun activities! Nice outdoor seating for meals, and deck overlooking pond was relaxing to enjoy morning coffee. Plenty of room for everyone.

3 level cabin kitchen and main bedroom (king bed)is on second level, so everything has to be carried up stairs. Lower level

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was perfect for our short vacation.

We did have to kill about ten wasps inside, got a tick on me on the back deck and fire pit

Cabin was very nice, and as described. In perfect shape. Nice outdoor areas (deck, covered porch, campfire). Hot tub was perfect temp and ready to go when we got there. Kitchen was small but workable (no D/W, though). Very convenient location to Natural Bridge State Park, and close (20-minute drive) to Red River Gorge Area trailheads.Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A couple of heads-ups:- The stairs from the lower to main level are steep and narrow. Doable, it a bit challenging for this 60 year-old. - Put the earliest riser in your group in the lower level bedroom. The main floor has a few creaky spots (no big deal, just a bit loud first thing in the morning).- The listing said that the cabin is a 3 min walk to Natural Bridge State Park, but apparently that’s just to the park border. Access to the trailheads is a quick 5 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful cabin! Host was very responsive to any questions/issues we had. It rained most of the time so we weren’t able to enjoy fire pit or much of outside dining but there were two covered areas to spend time in. Very close to Natural Bridge and stores/restaurants. We would love to come back when not raining.

Our stay here was wonderful. The check-in message on the morning of our stay was the best I've recieved from any VRBO property. I love that each sleeping area was on its own floor. Don't seriously expect to play pool. The location of the table makes it very hard to play because the walls are too close. The firepit area was beautiful and the hot tub was relaxing and convenient. There are a lot of steep stairs inside the property bit it was worth it.

Recently graduated group of massage therapists booked for a celebratory weekend away, and this cabin was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful views and very clean. Plenty of space. We didn’t want to leave!

Great place to stay while exploring Red River Gorge. Steep stairs from lower level. All rooms were comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Make sure to get exact location from the owner before arriving. Was very responsive tour questions

I brought my three boys down just for a quick little fall break getaway to explore red river Gorge. The house was perfect, and the pond was more than perfect. My son caught so many fish. The decor cute. The house is clean and is definitely close to all the attractions we wanted to go do.

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL CABIN!! I cannot say enough positive things about the personal touches, comfortable beds and living spaces and amenities at the Ryan's cabin. The host was responsive to questions and my family had a wonderful time just hanging out at the cabin in between adventures. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals and had everything we needed for a family of 4. The outdoor spaces were well maintained which made stargazing by the fire or walking around the pond looking for critters a joy. We will definitely stay here again and have already shared the listing with other family members and friends!

Our family loved our time at On The Rocks. Plenty of fishing, hiking nearby trails, hot tub at night, and rocking on the porch. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out. We also enjoyed winning against our teenager at pool and Mario!

Cabin was absolutely beautiful with everything needed to make stay feel homey. The hot tub, pool table and pond were enjoyed by all of us. Host replies quickly!
