A very nice stay and we were greeted by Mule Deer next door as we arrived. The place is very clean, well stocked and well kept! Only concern was some of the rules added after we booked stating no other guests allowed to visit for a meal. This did not affect us but if my son who lives near Denver had visited for a meal we would have been in violation. I understand not wanting large groups that might disturb neighbors or cause damage. I would suggest something more reasonable or be sure this is posted.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oma and Opa’s cabin. It was located with a beautiful view of the mountains and there was wildlife traveling through the yard every day we were there. The first morning we actually had a bull elk bugle past our bedroom window. It was amazing!. The cabin had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Will gladly stay again on our next trip.

Our party had 4 adults aged 75. The house was perfect for our group. First thing we noticed was how clean it was. Then we noticed how well stocked it was with dishes, cookware, utensils and miscellaneous. Plenty of blankets. It was very easy to get to the park as well as downtown. We certainly enjoyed observing the family of mule deer that hung around the yard. We were very comfortable for the week.

Very clean and cozy cabin that was a perfect home away from home in the mountains. The hosts truly thought of everything that we needed. If we come back to Estes Park, we will stay here.

Ease of booking, ability to extend stay and communication with property manager was great. Very centrally located to downtown, as well as most attractions, RMNP was only a few minutes from the cabin. Wish a few things were outlined in the check-in folder I.e. fans available for use, and where they’re located. Switch labels would help with lighting also. Coffee pot needs instruction for programming.Beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms had plenty of room.Would definitely stay again if back in Estes Park!

Decided on a spontaneous trip to Estes, booked this cabin 3 days before the trip. No issues with anything. I saw other reviews about the traffic noise, we did not notice it and it was not an issue for us. The location is perfect if you don’t want to constantly deal with all the other traffic in town.

Good proximity to RMNP and to downtown Estes Park. Easy check in. Host was helpful with early communication about RMNP reservation requirements. The property was well stocked and nicely furnished for a comfortable stay for our party of three. Would stay here again!

Nice property, well appointed, tv does not work, property located on highway so kinda noisy, you have to do some of the cleaning even though you pay a cleaning fee.

The house is perfectly situated for visits to Rocky Mountain National Park and the small downtown Estes Park area for walkable shopping along the river. Getting to either location is only 5 to 10 minutes. Plenty of dining options nearby as well as groceries. The Stanley Hotel is also equally close by. The house itself is very clean and well provisioned for your stay. All appliances work well as does the wifi and apps on the TV. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are stocked with all the soaps and shampoos needed if you don't want to bring your own. Outside there is a great deck with views of the mountains. The grill works perfectly and there was plenty of propane provided. Every day of our stay a small group of deer made themselves at home in the yard outside and even under the deck. Overall, our stay here was one of the best VRBO experiences to date. We would book this location again in a heartbeat should we come back to the area. The owner takes pride in providing a great experience and it shows.
