Stayed Mar 11, 2026⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Exceptionally Clean & Cozy Stay in Dahlonega We stayed at this property last night and were blown away by how spotless everything was. You can tell the owners take real pride in maintaining the space—it felt cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed in. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy too, the kind of place that instantly makes you relax the moment you walk in. From the thoughtful touches to the warm, inviting layout, it was the perfect place to unwind after a day in Dahlonega. We only stayed one night, but it was memorable enough that we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and charming place to stay.

Stayed Dec 25, 2025Great secluded location close to charming downtown Dhalonega and good base for area hiking and sightseeing. Cabin was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Instructions to access cabin were well written and we had no questions or trouble figuring things out. We slept well. We did not use the firepit or hot tub, but we did enjoy the wood fireplace so our family could gather around and the Christmas tree and decorations was a warm surprise as we arrived Christmas day. Part of the road to the cabin is unpaved, twisty, and hilly but we navigated it without issue in a VW gti and Audi suv. The rare time we had a car coming in the opposite direction where the road is narrow people were curteous and we passed safely. Did not have to back up. Would recommend and would stay there again. Thanks.

Stayed Dec 15, 2025Canin was as advertised. Very clean. Great location. The only negative for us was road was a bit sketchy. We have a Volvo sedan and unpaved road was a bit challenging even in good weather. We have stayed in several mountain cabins in east TN and western NC but this was the worst road. If you have SUV or truck should not be an issue.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Inside was immaculate. We even got the induction stovetop to work. We did not take our pets but we could see they would have had a ball! Enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was fast to respond to our question about the firewood. We bought too much and left some for your next guest.Three housekeeping issues: the grill was not clean, so I cleaned it. It was easy to use and cooked just fine. The outside chairs were dusty and had spiders. Finally, y'all need a new broom!

Stayed Sep 19, 2025It was a nice place . Our problems started when the electricity went off around 3am ( and no water /on a well) I have no clue when it came back on, we couldn’t keep waiting. We only had the one full day to hang out together , so packed up and headed to another place in town. The host was gracious giving us a refund ( their part) on the second night . They could not help the electrical outage and I appreciated the opportunity to cancel the second night and leave .

Stayed Sep 5, 2025We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked. The back porch was perfect for spending time together and playing board games. While drinking coffee on the front porch, we saw deer crossing the road in front of the house. The drive up is winding with hard-packed gravel and it did rain a significant amount while we were here, but we had no trouble getting there in a 2wd vehicle.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025The cabin was very nice and as pictured. The road to reach it was gravel, steep and very narrow, with ditches on both sides. On the first day, we met another car and had to back up the winding hill for quite a distance to find a place to pull over. Decided not to try that at night, so we left after the 2nd day.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025The cabin was perfect, clean and very comfortable. Perfect, as advertise, I would recommend this cabin to anyone interested in staying in the Dahlonega area. First time visitors to this area and looking forward to coming back. Hope we're able to book this cabin again. We had no problem going back in forth on the small mountain road in our little 2-wheel drive Honda CRV.Plenty of Deer, Squirrels, Hawks, and Turkeys and other wildlife to look at while driving up and right outside of the screened in back porch.

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Found this to be a nice, quaint newly renovated cabin in GA mountains. Clean, cute, sufficiently roomy for 5 or 6 adults. However, there’s a a few things you should know before booking: -Road to the house is a step, uphill partially graveled, partially dirt road. Seriously consider driving an SUV to this location, especially if you expect inclement weather. -The water to this house is supplied by a well, not suitable for drinking, runs red with GA clay before running clearish. Bring your own drinking water as there is no water filter on the fridge, only tap water in the house. -Again, WATER. We were there for 4 nights. On the first morning of our 4 night stay, we woke up to no running water. Management did send out a repair service, and it held for the following day. However, the water ceased running again on two subsequent evenings. One of which it came back on, the second of which it did not and left us again, on our 3rd day in the cabin without water through the night into the next morning when the repair team was sent back out. I believe it has now been properly repaired, but be prepared to rough it, as I quote the manager “You are in the mountains and anything can happen.” -To be fair, they did refund half of the cost of our stay after several discussions with the mgr. Overall, if the water is fixed and you are adequately prepared with your own drinking water, firewood (none is stocked) and an appropriate vehicle, this is a lovely place to “get away.”
