Stayed Jul 28, 2025Our stay at the cabin in Lead was great. Cole, the host, was super responsive and answered all our questions prior and during our stay. Check-in was smooth with key code access given when the house was ready for check-in. The location worked out well for our adventures in the Black Hills area and the house easily accommodated 13 of us. Everything was in working condition and the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed except for a drinking pitcher. . . which one of my guests ended up buying and leaving in the house for future guests :) The wi-fi went out a few times during our stay, but all it took was a reset of the router and all was well - definitely not an issue to lose a star for, but curious as to why it was unstable. The 5 bathrooms in the house were in great locations, making them accessible to everyone in the party, with plenty of towels available. Overall, a comfortable and clean house in a convenient location.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We liked the location and the house was plenty big for our group of 18. It's a nice house with just a few small issues. Missing light bulbs, several smoke detectors not hooked up and a kitchen with a mishmash of dishes and cookware and not enough silverware. Coffee pot didn't work and neither did the vacuum (tried to clean up after ourselves. The biggest issue of all was the lack of blinds in almost all the bedrooms. These were all small items but when you pay as much as this house was for the week you expect these to not be an issue. I wouldn't let these items keep me away but I would ask and see if they were fixed.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024This property is better than described. There was 10 adults, 7 children and it was perfect. We had plenty of space with extra space. The owners were very respondent. I would recommend this amazing large house to anyone!
